Nearest MTR is Shrek Mun when we were expecting ShaTin. It wasn't two double beds. There are two 4ft wide beds. So not really good for more than two people per room.

Beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable beds. Great shower. Plenty of hanging space and we used the iron and ironing board after doing loads of washing. Lovely swimming pool.

During check-in, the staff asked us for a deposit of 3,000 HKD per room (I booked two rooms, so I was charged 6,000 HKD in total). I found this amount quite expensive compared to the room price. However, they cancelled the transaction as soon as we checked out. I couldn’t find any mention of the deposit on Booking.com, so I believe it should be clearly stated.

The location is quite far from the city centre. However, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the city centre, which is very convenient for guests. The room is nice and spacious.

The hotel shuttle bus is not convenient to take.

The room service team is good and efficient. Our room assistant, Joanne (not very sure her name) is helpful and polite, and she tidied up our room exact the time we requested daily. That's great!

The water dispenser didn't work on the first two nights and sadly the escalator was under repairs during the entire duration of my stay. I am still happy īqhighly recommend this hotel.

Big, spacious, great pool and good spacious room. Train station is barely 5 mins away - so great location to transport and local area has tons of shops and food places.

No washing machine or tumble dryer in hotel. But there is a laundrette company nearby owned by a couple and they only deliver to this hotel so no lost laundry.

Hotel was so central for transport, restaurants and free bus services. Gym was 24hrs.

The staff were not friendly this time . Especially the ones in reception. Asking about anything their response was a bit rude and they didn't even reply properly when we asked about certain location directions and other things. We experienced a more neat and clean room last time when we visited. also the staff were more cooperative and extremely friendly and helpful on our previous visit compared to this stay . Even buffet breakfast was average with less options

1. The check-in process is extremely slow. Waited for close to 15 mins to complete the check-in. 2. When I checked out, the counter was only manned by a single staff to serve a queue of customers waiting to check-out. 3. Breakfast is expensive.

They asked for deposit, 500 HKD for every night, after some negotiation they agreed for 500 HKD for 3 nights, but deposit amount I received after 6 days which is bad.

refrigerator is not working at all, and the receptionist told me all the refrigerators within this hotel stayed in this way, not helpful at all, the milk and yogurt I bought had all gone bad because of the refrigerator and the receptionist was not even sorry for that, acting like it was my own fault to bought things which needed to be put into refrigerator.

A little confusing, didn’t know where to enter (just a nondescript side door with a small escalator), but this is minor.

The room is clean, spacious, very comfortable, with good soundproofing and blackout curtains. Transport perks: Airport bus is available directly in front of the property, and the shuttle bus takes you to the more central locations downtown.

Check in and check out process are painfully slow. Checking in two rooms took us 20 mins.

Good location. 10 mins from MTR station. Good selection of foods around the MTR station. Room is well equipped and clean.
