Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Australia-bed was extremely hard -A/C was louder than average and ear plugs are needed for restful sleep -kettle provided but no tea bags :(
-property was easy to get to from airport via A30 bus ($19.80 cash, octopus card, credit card) using google maps. Follow signs for bus at airport and line up at A30 stand. Get off at sport centre (see pic). Use walkway to cross road and walk east to lane behind Sinopec petrol station for hotel entrance. -room was clean and tidy -shower water temperature & pressure was amazing -location is very close to metro station -kettle provided -perfect for 16 hr layover stay

The person at the front desk was very nice. I arrived very late. Why I didn’t read the reply to my note saying I would be arriving late (reply was, sorry you can’t be that late, but you’re charged for the room anyway), when I showed up, the person was very nice to check me in and provide a wake up call very early for me as well!

SpainWhile the room was very clean, I accidentally found a used slipper under my bed. It seems that they are very busy so just an fyi in case that is a dealbreaker for anyone.
The location. It is really near the MTR and buses which take you to other parts of HK in no time. The staff were also very nice at all stages of my stay. The room had a decent size for Hong Kong, and the shower and toilet were separated (which I prefer). The whole hotel is very clean and very well kept.

AustraliaThe toilet space is far too small. We are small built and still feel it’s very tight in toilet. Can’t imagine if you are 170cm/60kg and above, how you going to fit in the toilet, unless you leave the toilet door opened.
The location is perfect, walking distance to small shopping village then link to the big shopping mall, all walking distance. Metro station also walking distance.

AustraliaThe room is small and the bathroom tiny, awkward to get in and out. No tea and coffee. A little bit of a walk from the Mtr in an industrial area, not really for tourists.
You can walk from the mtr though is about 15mins, through Kowloon centre. The beds were clean, there is a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee. There is an airport bus about 20 mins away A32 which was good. Not really a place for tourists, fine for a short stay if working in the area.

The room was very clean. The internet was reliable and fast enough to watch videos. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Air conditioning worked well, kepts us cool throughout the night.

AustraliaI would have liked a small bar fridge but the room that was available did not have one, but that’s ok! The bed was a bit hard, but the awesome staff gave me an extra duvet and I folded it up and slept on it! It was fine after that!
The location was close to the Princess Margaret Hospital and close to taxi & local bus route.
