We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaInitially a bit wary of the transfers to the hotel after a long flight. It looks like more experienced travellers wait in the air-conditioned waiting room near the bus and taxi area.
The location is great. We saw airline crew stay, so that's a good sign too. The buffet b'fast is a treat, rooms are great, staff are helpful 24/7. We didn't use the pool but saw it being used so good option.

BulgariaI have no negative remarks about Four Points by Sheraton. In my opinion the hotel is marvellous. I recommend it to everybody who is travelling to Hong Kong.
This is a modern hotel. Its location is perfect. It is situated near the Hong Kong airport and has a free shuttle to the airport every hour from 7 o'clock in the morning till midnight. It is also in proximity to the metro station Tung Chung. This station is a strategic stop in Hong Kong and a free shuttle starts going from the hotel in the morning (and from Tung Chung) every 30 minutes. Travelling by the metro takes 25 minutes to the centre of Hong Kong. The rooms are big, spacious, clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of dishes, drinks, fruits according to every taste and cuisine. The staff is polite and friendly.

CanadaThe staff in the kitchen and breakfast all with mask, I know is internal politic but not suitable for the client. always i feel no contact with the staff. I visit many restaurant outside and no one have the mask. so disappointed on this matter.

Hotel operates a free shuttle bus service to and from hotel and also the MTR, so getting to Kowloon and Hong Kong Island was easy. It’s close to the airport and there’s shuttle bus. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The service is great.

The man at the front desk was very sweet and super quick at helping us get to our rooms after the late flight from Thailand. He joked with us and offered different amenities including a wakeup call before our scheduled flight in order to catch the free bus on time. The hotel was also impeccably clean and the beds were so comfy. Overall a lovely hotel and great service due to the man at the front desk. :)
