We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I asked for a room with a view over the water rather than the city and they obliged. The room was very comfortable for a layover. The shuttle buses to and from the airport as well as the nearby metro station and shopping mall were very convenient.

United KingdomThe location is in a bit of a no-mans land in terms of transport links, we planned to pop in to Hong Kong for the evening but it was too much hassle. You are reliant on the hotel shuttle which is free but only runs at set hours, or a taxi. Traffic in the area was very busy the day we were there. You wouldn't want to stay here as a base for a longer stay exploring HK. The hotel only has a buffet restaurant, it's nothing special but the hotel suggested some outdoor restaurants around the back. The food there was OK but overpriced, it was mainly tourists eating here. Walking back we had a look across the road from the hotel entrance and there are a few restaurants there which looked better value and plenty of locals.
Just in HK for a stop-over and wanted somewhere close to the airport. It's a 15 minute bus ride away from the terminal. Room was size was quite decent for HK, I guess you get a bit more for your money in Tung Chung. Rooms were comfortable and pretty quiet, a decent choice for a stop-over. Very helpful Reception.

AustraliaShuttle bus timetable link didn't come through, and if you've just missed the service from the airport, you'll need to wait an hour for the next one. After a long flight, a taxi might be preferable. Lots of construction work around, and absence of pleasant outdoor space beyond the hotel.
Wonderful, kind, helpful staff. So clean, so comfortable. Everything you need. One of the best buffet breakfasts I've had, delicious. Shuttle bus to and from the MRT and the airport very convenient.
