We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

BrazilElectricity sockets only were only available at one side of the bed. The curtains didn't close completely and we had to arrange a chair to hold them in place. Shuttle bus service to and from the airport is free but they run once per hour only and we ended up not using it.
Location - It is close to the airport (good for a quick layover), it is also close to a bus stop that connects to the city. The check in process was dynamic and quick, the staff was polite and effective. Our room was quiet and comfortable and the internet connection was fast and easy to connect.

The staff are so accomodating. What I liked most was that the hotel provided a free shuttle service going to airport and hotel and Tung Chung Mtr station. Nice view from my room. Facilities are new also. Food is okay. If you want to go to Nong Ping 360 and Disneyland, this hotel is highly recommended. Accessible to all - mtr.

FranceA bit far from the Tung Chung MTR (metro), and the hotel is quite far from HK city center, but at least the hotel is decent and the room was big enough (unlike most of the hotels in HK island with a higher price).
Quick check-in. Room big enough, clean, in a quiet neighborhood despite being near the airport. Very convenient to come and go to the HK airport. You can even choose a room with the seaview. There is even a couple of bars and restaurants very near to the hotel. Have a free shuttle bus to the airport, so it was perfect ! I was there in early January, so the price was acceptable.

CanadaThe property was acceptable in all aspects. The only quibble I had was the shuttle driver’s demeanour but could have been a hot day for him or a cultural misinterpretation on my part.
After a 25h flight, I thought I would arrive too early before the “official 3pm” check in time. I was warmly greeted and accepted 1.5h earlier. Every staff member was kind and professional to me, especially Timothy! Wonderful stay and breakfast!

CanadaThe manager and the front desk worker when I arrived to do check in, they didn't figue out the bookin issue with Booking.com, and made me standing there for 1 hour to wait till 1am to finally allowed to enter my room.
Oscar, the receptionlist on Jan 11 of 2024 in the morning shift, was very kind and offered me extended hour to stay since I was not allowed to check in till 1:00am and was keeping waiting for them to fugure out the issue with Booking.com! The shuttle bus driver was kind to help me carry luggages.
