Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. PhilippinesThe fact that after Booking.com said that the cost on the Booking.com confirmation notice was inclusive of all fees and taxes, the property Marco Polo Gateway charged me an additional 10% on top of everything Booking.com charged me, this disappointed us since I felt the staff were not up front during check in and even assured us that what was written in the bookin.com app was what they will charge us. This did not happen!!

A few minutes walk away from Tsim Sha Tsui metro station, my family and I didn't realise we were outside the hotel as the sign is not really noticeable. The staffs were helpful and approachable, the check in process is smooth. As I requested to add a bed, I was told that the bed was not ready. However, We were appreciative that the cleaning lady laid the bed within minutes immediately after we entered the room.

Also, the bath tub shared with the shower area was small for my size and a bit scary since it prompts the idea of slipping due to the bath tub being slippery when soap or bubbles hit the flooring. Hope you can update the bathroom to be more modern now

Thailandthe staff when I first met for checking-in, his explanation about credit card payment via booking.com which never charges to me, just a guarantee my hotel booking actually, but I have to pay at front of hotel. This is difference compared to Agoda. I really understand when checking out and met another man (maybe a manager because of his uniform different from the first guy)

ChinaThe hotel doesn't have own swimming pool, but shares the one in the other Marco Polo, which requires 10 min walking along the street. At the swimming pool, there isn't a locker room, but a toilet. So, if you don't want to change in a narrow toilet, you might have to wear the bathrobe in the street.
The location is super convenient for shopping as embedded in the landmark spot of harbor city. The breakfast is enough fabulous to satisfy the diversification and the range of selection. The surprise is the bright and large bathroom.
