Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff excellent. Washing machine available should you need it. Coffee/Kettle and kitchen utensils there in the common area. Clean and tidy. Loads of restaurants/convenience stores/money exchange shops nearby. All told highly recommended.

Pillows CoLiving is situated in a perfect location just a few steps away from Nathan road and the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, right in the heart of Kowloon. The room was clean as well as quiet, and the bed was comfy. There is a communal area with tea/coffee as well as drinking water.

Staff were extremely helpful during my stay. The room, despite its size, was comfortable and well maintained, and the layout makes the most use of limited space. Common area is quite comfy. Location was great - Nathan Road, ferry terminal and MTR were a short walk away, with plenty of eateries and stores nearby.

PhilippinesWe had a hard time locating the building itself because there weren’t a lot of signages. There were two entrances for the building as well but only the elevator on one side led to the listing.
Listing was near an MTR station (East TST P1 I think) and a 7-11 and Wellcome grocery store were by the end of the street. Perfect location.

The place where we stayed in was excellent! It was a home away from home. Staff regularly/daily cleaned the unit and was very careful not to touch our belongings. Nothing was lost nor damaged. The room has all the facilities to make our stay comfortable. The washing machine, cooking facility, refrigerator were all very useful during our stay. The location is also very excellent very near the train station.

PhilippinesEverything about the place felt like they put so much thought into it - from the clean rooms to the daily change of towels to the readily available amenities. Our host, Alan, also messaged us earlier that day to make sure we arrived in HK. The place is also located right in the middle of TST and close to the MTR exit so it was very convenient for us to move around. Lots of coffee shops around the area too!
