ThailandThe staff in every step of the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Especially Alex and Rene, they were really kind and ready to help. They are very professional and know how to treat the customers. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the very last day. Even though typhoon came to the city and we can’t go anywhere outside, they really keep asking and offer things we didn’t expect such as volunteering to be a tour guide walking around the hotel and observe the Ritz Carlton. We were truly impressed and appreciative a lot. Moreover, they know that my SIM card is not activated so they let the expert coming to my room and helped every possible way to fix the problem!! The view and environment is clean and really beautiful. We love the complimentary champagne and the snack settings that you welcomed us. I personally love the convenience of W hotel. It is located in a large mall and connected to airport and MTR access where you can go anywhere very easily. I highly recommend W Hongkong hotel. If you are looking for a sophisticated place with a highly skilled and experienced staff, this place is the only answer for you!! I will definitely stay here again soon 💚

Hong KongWhen I called the hotel before the booking, I asked if they've got a sauna running, they said yes. After checking in and heading to the sauna, I was told it's closed due to Covid. That was frustrating indeed. breakfast buffet is average in terms of food selection. Overall good taste is decent, but somewhat standard like in other hotels, certainly nothing unique about it.
Spacious rooms, modern decoration. The staff cloud quickly provide a HDMI cable so I could connect my laptop to the tv. The gym has a fantastic view and has a boxing bag and pretty much all you need.

JapanSmells from toilets drain were remaining in the whole bathroom and requested to remove it several times but it could not removed it. Luckily they offer us to change the room but also that room has kind of same issue. Room facilities were seems getting old as well. It used be my one of the favorite hotel in HK before covid period, but unfortunately I will not stay again with current price.
The staffs are very friendly and made a quick respond to our request.
