United StatesPictures don't represent actual condition of resort. Needs lots of work. Open air restaurant and bar needs fans. It was to hot to just hang out. Fans would also help with flies and mosquitoes.

NetherlandsUnfortunately it is a very outdated hotel and needs urgent renovation. Everything was very dated and old. Old building, old interior old sheets. I arrived at 1 PM and had to pay $45 extra to checkin at 1PM iso 3PM. So unfortunately I can't recommend this accommodation.
The only thing I liked was the kindness of the front office staff.

United StatesThe room was very dusty, as in a thick layer of dust over everything. I took pictures but decided not to upload. The owner was quite unfriendly. I had hoped to snorkel off of the house reef, but it was very dangerous. Any wind creates waves that would push you onto very sharp rocks and make entering and exiting hazardous. There is also a tremendous amount of boat traffic. I wouldn't snorkel without a dive visibility float.
The room was very spacious and had 2 large beds that 2 large beds that were quite comfortable. The bar staff were VERY friendly and knowledgeable about good snorkeling areas. The vegan "ceviche", which was really more of a pineapple coconut salsa served with friend plantain chips was one of the most delicious dishes that I had on my entire 10 days on Roatan & Utila. Even if you aren't staying here, you should come to enjoy the view and have this dish and a drink!

CanadaThe customer service, even the woman who picked us up from the ferry wouldn't answer her phone and wasn't reachable to schedule things we had discussed on the ride. The fact that there was hair in the shower drain, the "balcony" had no furniture on it, the doors were falling apart, the fact I didn't get the room I booked.... It was just an all around miserable experience. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There was no front office, just a lady on a computer in the middle of the "restaurant". Our shuttle to the airport was over half an hour late... it was just one thing after another. The owner was abrasive, judgemental and made me absolutely ready to get the hell out of roatan.
The lady who picked us up from the ferry was quite nice.

United StatesRoach running around in my room. That's a no no. Spoke to manager about it and she dis nothing about it. As a matter of fact, in the morning ahe asked me.if I saw the roa h again. She said they fumugate . How do we know that true or not when a palmetto bug- roach running around.

United StatesThe rooms are very bare and not the most cozy. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite but there’s only an open doorway from one room to the other. No door or partition or curtain for privacy. And they do not provide beach towels. It costs $5 to rent a towel or $25 to purchase.
The property is very conveniently located to all the restaurants and bars in the heart of Westend. The property is clean and the staff is wonderful. The cook is amazing…you MUST try the seafood soup! Also, the bartender Jennifer was great! She made some really good drinks with all fresh fruits and she only just recently started there. The pool is a nice salt water pool and we literally walked just a few steps to the ocean right from the pool to snorkel. Diana is very sweet and accommodating. It’s a very chill , welcoming vibe.
