How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My husband was looking for variety of breakfast buffet, e.g. beans, bacon, minced meat
The staff is extra friendly i wish i could take them home. The room service guys where extremely helpful and good at their job. Talking of the receptionist they make you feel at home and very helpful. The Wednesday buffet which had prawns was epic, i wanted to meet the chef for the job weldone. Anyone who wants a comfortable and memorable stay in Nusa Dua go to this hotel you will not regret.

Nothing, they’re renovating some areas so couldn’t access them but definitely keen to see it all when it’s done!
Loved everything they had to offer. It was a beautiful atmosphere. Had dinner at Roost and enjoyed a lovely Brazilian BBQ buffet with live acoustic music. The room was gorgeous and beds were spacious. The staff were all lovely in every area of the hotel we went. The views from the pool both during the day and at night were absolutely lovely. We are definitely planning on spending more time here on our next trip to Bali.

It’s a short walk from the beach (5 mins) and a taxi ride to nusa dua £2 That said the price is cheaper
Comfortable, sparkling clean, feels like 5 star. Wonderful staff from of house through to room cleaning. Good restaurant on the roof bar

Nothing bad to say at all !!!
Loved everything about this hotel; the staff, the rooms, the rooftop pool & restaurant, the location. Definitely deserves 5 stars as it is great value for money!! If I visit Bali again, I will 100% stay here again

The hotel was great! Rooms were a good size and nice and clean! Staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help when needed. The rooftop restaurant food was also lovely. The hotel is also only about a 5minute walk away from the beach.

They need to improve breakfast. I don’t say it’s bad but it’s not great.
The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The location is great and staff friendly and helpful.

- Rooms very light and you’re unable to turn the balcony light off which came through the curtains - not an issue for us but to walk to the main beach and restaurants is a 10/15mins walk - not enough beds / sun loungers by the pool. The beanbags seemed and felt very dirty

It’s a bit far from everything, you need a taxi if you don’t want to walk for 20min or more. The restaurant is not the best and the pool is smaller the expected. But ok for a few days.

I liked the massive Kings sized bed with featured design over the bed head. Lovely roof top bar and ambient sitting area!

Nice hotel with an excellent location. The beach is a bit of a walk—around 15 minutes on foot—but overall it’s fine because you walk along a street with lots of shops, which makes it enjoyable. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, and everything we tried was delicious. Breakfasts were also very good.

Buffet breakfast was average and we couldnt access the rooftop on our last day due to a private function. I understand of course as its an amazing venue for weddings etc., but when you've only got a couple of days, its a bit of a shame. While the rooftop pool is awesome, it is reasonably small and there is very limited lounging space.
amazing rooftop bar, restaurant and pool affording great views over Nusa Dua. Room was fantastic with a massive, comfortable bed, large bathroom and lounge area. The view from the room wasn't great but you head to the roof for that.
