So clean, the room is modern, spacious, and the location is good, it is near to most of attractions in Nusa Dua. The breakfest, massage, and service are great!

As other travelers mentioned, there are only 6 sunbeds at the pool so it is tough to get one. At breakfast, refilling was a bit slow at times.

The location of the hotel is right outside of the hotels zone. The staff is great, always ready to help with a smile. Our room had the biggest bed I have ever seen in my life. Bathrooms are big as well and the rooftop pool is a great addition to relax with a view.

Since we were in Uluwatu before (7 years ago), it is so much busier, and the roads are almost overloaded with traffic gridlock. This is not the hotel's fault, but something needs to be done. You need to be using your rental bike to get anywhere really in Uluwatu. Nusa Dua is quite far from many of the main beaches and things to visit. The food on the rooftop did not have vegetarian options for any of the meals, so this could be reviewed by management. The pool area is good, but there are very few loungers, and thus it is often full by 10am. In the rooms, the drinking water is provided in small plastic bottles, but some hotels are moving to a hot/cold water dispenser for rooms to save on plastic waste, as the refills are via the large gallon-sized bottles that are recycled. The breakfast is not included in some rates like ours, but when we got breakfast, we thought it wasn't worth the extra cost, so we recommend the hotel just include breakfast across the board, which would be attractive.

We stayed in The Nest for 5 nights. From the moment of our arrival, the staff were great and helpful. The hotel is well located on the Eastern side of Uluwatu, but quite a long drive from all the areas on the west side due to really heavy traffic and many small roads. The room was nice and spacious, with a very comfy king bed. We had one issue with the shower focet, but once raised, the staff sorted it for us very quick. On request, the staff looked after organising a motorbike for us which was also in good condition and quite new. The gym on the ground floor is small, but kept well and has a few pieces of good equipment for some strength training. The underground parking is nice and handy to use for keeping the bike overnight. The hotel is easily accessible on good roads from the airport via Grab/Uber. The upstairs pool and restaurant are nice. The A/C in the room is good.

There were some ants in our room. The glass around the rooftop pool needs more cleaning for a better view.

They gave us complimentary ice cream upon our arrival, which made my kids super happy. The room wasn't so big but so quiet and clean, and the bed was so wide and comfy! 2 adults and 2 kids could sleep comfortably in the same bed, although we had extrabed we didn't use it. It is 8 min by bike to beautiful beaches like geger and nusa dua. And 7 min walk to another beach which was good too. The rooftop pool was warm and nice, and the view was amazing.

Tiny deck area around pool. Hard to get a lounger and not allowed to take your own drinks to the pool. Wanted 60 nzd for 2 late check out but we could use pool area instead for free.

One of the best hotels in South Bali with amazing staff! The room had all the facilities of a 5-star hotel! The staff was prompt in catering to our demands. It's located in a serene area with views of the mangroves. They have tie-ups with many clubs and restaurants that works as an added advantage!

Only thing we didn’t love was the noise at night, you can hear bikes and cars from the room, we were on the 3rd floor. But this wasn’t enough to stop you from sleeping.

We first loved the friendly and helpful staff as soon as well walked in the entrance. Very clean, and modern. Great air con, great shower.

Location is perfect, about 12 mins from the beaches along with the restaurants, bars and beach clubs. Rooms are nice. Great pool on the roof! Breakfast was great!

Although the rooftop swimming pool overlooks the mangroves, the view is slightly spoiled by the dulled safety glass. If the glass could be cleaned, the view from the pool would be amazing.

Location ..... five minute walk to Nusa Dua/Benoa beaches. Lovely walk through tropical gardens in secure area of Nusa Dua. Friendly, helpful staff ..... we asked in advance if we could have a room overlooking the mangroves. We were given a beautiful room on the 3rd floor with views over the mangroves all the way to Jimbaran and Ulluwatu.

Beautiful hotel, great pool on the rooftop. It’s an about 10 min walk to the beach- but some of it it’s private so it was a bit hard to find where we could swim.

There is not really anything that I didn't like. The only think I could probably say if I am nit-picking would be that there is only 6 sun-lounges upstairs so you need to make sure you are there early. There isn't much space for them to add anymore anyway but yeah that is the only thing.

The staff were very friendly, offering to help us with our bags and offering a welcome drink as we arrived. The room was clean and they left the aircon on so it was nice and cool when we got to our room. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries such as soap, toothbrush, tooth paste and even some slippers and a gown to use while in the bedroom. Really loved the pool area upstairs looking over the city too!
