I cant tell much as this is a business trip, but the location is very good as it is very close to our business meeting point. The room is spacious and has a balcony, the bed is really super king size. The famous "dobil" nasi babi guling and ïbu oki' nasi ayam are nearby.

A lot of staff at top bar but nobody kept those few tables and sun beds at swimming pool clean. Drinks and towels from previous visitord were left there. Also no music there during the day. Potential for much better than this with a little effort.

With respect, although we did not order from the hotel menue, but a varity of food is required to be added to the menue especially arabic and Indian food along side with the current menue.

the fact that at the roost there were only 5 guests felt uncomfortable. The food was incredible and delicious. Only the warmers did not work and the food was cold. But we asked the staff to heat it up and so they did. The staff was wonderful! The live music was very very loud! Next time do it acoustic. We also asked the lady to turn down the volume and she understood why

You can hear some noise from the street at night so not completely sound proof.

Modern, clean and large room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Perfect location, a few minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful view from the infinity pool. Value for money. 5 star experience. I would like to thank all the staff at The Nest Nusa Dua for arranging a birthday cake for me and for singing Happy Birthday. I really appreciate it. We will most definitely be back when visiting Nusa Dua again.

I booked and paid for Airport pick up 2 weeks before our arrival, but when we arrived no driver to pick us up. I need to call the Hotel and ask where was the driver to pick us up. It looks like we were forgotten to be picked up. They only just sent the driver after I called them up. We waited almost 45 minutes to an hour from looking around on the pick up area, calling the hotel and wait for the driver to arrived.

The only negative things that I would have to mention are: 1) it’s a little noisy at night due to the vehicle traffic outside but this is only an issue if you are an early sleeper. 2) I extended my stay but didn’t receive any information about a discount until after I finished paying for the extra nights. I received this discount information via email. It would have been nice to use that discount or to have been told that it would be cheaper to book online on their official website. 3) The rooms aren’t very soundproof so the occasional hallway noise could bother you.

The service here is top tier! Everyone is so friendly! Their king bed is huge and the breakfast food is always delicious! The hotel is pretty quiet and the pool area isn’t crowded, which is nice. The king-sized bed is huge! The towels and body soap smell wonderful too! The housekeepers do a great job and are very quick!

The pool area is quite small as it only has space for about 6 guests at a time, but then again you are in Nusa Dua so you will likely spend more time at the beach. If you have a room facing the road there is a bit of noise from the traffic at night. We found the back rooms were quieter but you will hear the rooster in the morning which wasn’t a problem for us as we get up early in the morning anyway.

The staff were great, particularly Kertut who checked us in and Dian who was very helpful in solving a few issues for us. They were all kind and eager to help. The view from the pool is very peaceful and our room was clean and comfortable.

I liked everything :D not gonna try find something bad

Spent 1 night here for Christmas Eve because I saw they offered buffet Christmas dinner. I’m so glad we booked here, it was fantastic value for money for the dinner buffet and the entertainment was very wholesome ! the location and fasciities are really great ; view from pool is gorge !! and the staff were sweet.
