How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We only stayed for one night but absolutely loved the place. Jamie was incredibly helpful and such a lovely host. The room was very comfortable, the space spotless, and the location peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The bed was too hard for me who prefers really soft beds. My husband thought it was ok. Sadly the doors to the rooms were very thin and the snoring couple next door kept me awake.. The TV randomly turned itself on at 2.28am(!) while our remote control was on the nightstand.
Really nice and helpful hosts who gave us all relevant information on arrival and helped point us in the direction of a grocery store in town. The room had a nice hot shower and everything was clean. Breakfast was self-served and ok with some alternatives.

We liked everything!
We liked the accomodation a lot. We were welcomed by Jamie who was very helpful and friendly and gave us recommendation for eating/pubs in Durrow (we liked very much the Bob's bar in Durrow). The accomodation is in a very quite and very green location. I was easy to find and with a car it was very close to a village of Durrow. Our room had a lot of space, everything was very clean and the beds comfortable. There was also fridge available in the breakfast room to store our food. The breakfast was very good, with big choice of cereals (even gluten-free options), jams and fresh bread, but there was also cheese and joghurt available.

Lovely property ideally located for me to visit my family. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Refreshments and breakfast plentiful and of good quality. Host very welcoming, efficient and helpful. Could not have asked for more.

Free continental breakfast, open kitchen available all day and night. Delicious Bread/butter/jam, Fruit/yogurt/milk, Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate, Meats/Cheeses. The large, shared bath with shower and tub was shared with only one other room. Jamie was a super host and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend

This was a lucky punch to coincidently find LittleField B&B. This place is femarkable been looked after. Jamie hostet the guests really will passion, extremely helpful. I was accomodated in the family room, with 3 beds, own bathroom. Very nice furniged with comfortable box spring beds. Very quit place overall, away from any noise disturbances. Breakfast was on "help yourself" basis, which provided me with the timely flexibility required.

My experience was great being here and staying . Most of all Jamie is great and a very nice human so good always helpful and very pleasing 😊. I recommend anyone to come and stay here with great room n very good breakfast.
