Everything, overpriced, was like a building site downstairs, windows woukdnt open, no air conditioning, no heating working, no hot water for showers, shower door fell off. I paid for rooms with bay views and got rooms looking out to back street. When i spoke about this in a very nice manner, i was asdured i would be compensated and phoned next day. I wasn't. My calls don't go through neither do my emails. Disgusting way to treat people. Be aware!! Stay away from these scammers!!!!

The Hotel was Under construction should have been told when booking!was given a handicap room the shower was awful water all over the floor!! It smelled like mildew in the bathroom

The curtains were very light so not a very dark room at night for small children to get to bed , it was also across from the view of the sea which was fantastic but very bright street lights and spotlights off a building shining into the room all night

The noise levels and nobody doing anything about it. People coming back from the pubs drunk and partying, losing their card key and kicking the doors. I've never stayed in a place that tolerated such things. Considering they have someone at the desk during the night and cameras, I presume they chose to ignore it rather than didn't know about it

It wasnt as clean, toilet seat completely loose, there was awful smell in the bathroom and the window had to be open to vent it; it is supposed to be very secure with the outside/entrance door opened using ur room card, the door was however opened so anyone could enter, and so it happened that one drunked individual managed to get in, sit in the lobby next to our room, puked all over and it took the staff some time to get him out with the help of garda. Then we didnt sleep much since there were drunken guys shouting and banging with doors for 2 hours till 2am. I had to go to the reception and ask to sort it out. Overall definitely not worth the 150e a night price tag. On top of that I didnt notice when booking that it doesnt offer breakfast, so again, way too expensive for what it offers.

The hotel was in a great location. The woman at the desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean. I did not care for the flooring and the other decor. Not having carpet may seem stylish but the noise from guest walking around above us was not ideal.

Advertised King bed but all of their beds are actually queen size. Lock on door was broken. We had to wait until 10:30 pm to have someone fix it, then he wasn’t able to fix it.

The room.disappointing, very small double bed by standards,nowadays, the duvet cover was huge by comparison to mattress size, very cheap bedside shelves etc .No hook.for clothes etc in bathroom. We were out for 5 hours and room had still not been made up. The accommodation was motel standard at best but charged at 4**** hotel prices. The description on website as boutique hotel very misleading. A friend just back from Australia had paid SAME price for The Four Seasons Hotel overlooking Sydney Harbour with view of Opera House from the window!!!!!

Location PERFECT, in centre of town, close to everything and easy parking right outside entrance. . Very welcoming and helpful staff at reception. Tea and coffeemaking facilities very good. Nice soft towels, comfortable bed but rather small.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows inefficient. Sliding Barn style door for bathroom was for all intents and purposes totally ineffective. May as well not have been there. Privacy for occupant was non existent. Wi-Fi was fast however constantly dropped out.
