The West Beach House was incredible, highly recommended to anyone looking for a super comfortable and beautiful place right in the heart of town on the waterfront. Mary was fantastic, super kind, and so helpful in giving us recommendations for dinner and sights to see. She even provided amazing freshly baked hot croissants for us complimentary to take on our travels - so good! The location also couldnt have been better with free nearby parking and walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!

The stairs. The rooms and bed are on the small side. However, the positives greatly outweighed these minor struggles.

Mary was very friendly and helpful with lots of useful tips and other information. Lovely comfortable bed, the bathroom was 5*. Great location in Cobh with a superb sea view.

The house is beautiful, great location and cleanliness to my own high standard! A real and proper shower, and breakfast of croissants tea/coffee left outside out room were gorgeous. Mary & Michael are genuine hosts interested in the well being of their guests, Yes we would stay here again,

The location of the house is brilliant on the seafront just a few yards away from all the main shops and pubs The house is 5 star due to the quality of its furniture, bedding etc... Mary is a great host and very welcoming and helpful. She makes delicious croissants, dont know if you ll get the chance to taste them... but we did

The West Beach House is an fabulous place to stay. The location is perfect overlooking the sea abd within walking distance to everything you want to see. Mary is a great host and makes amazing croissants fresh every morning. I'd absolutely stay there agian!

Hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Room was comfortable and very well appointed. Nice to have good quality coffee in the room.

I found it difficult to find the hotel although I walked past it after leaving Cobh station. But a phone call to Mary sorted matters out.

Breakfast was an unexpected pleasure with two warm croissants plus butter and jam. Coffee was self help in the small kitchen off the room.

The hosts were very open and nice. We had a warm welcome from Michael who told us many things about Cobh and gave us tips what we need to see at our stay. Mary made us Croissants for breakfast and was a heartly host, too ! The room was excellent and had a beautiful interieur and view. Felt like home from the second we entered the door. Would recommend this to everyone who wants to visit Cobh as the room is just a few minutes from the central station and in close vicinity of the city.

Where do I start? Everything was perfect: beautiful house & room, well located in Cobh, charming host, comfy bed & modern bathroom. Mary was the most gracious host, giving us useful tips on what to visit in the area and we loved the warm croissants in the morning. A wonderful stay that we 100% recommend if you're visiting the Cork region.
