Music from the bar was very very loud in the room, until well past closing time. When raised with the owner he could not have cared less. Room is dated with no character. View from the room was terrible. Breakfast was of poor quality with only instant coffee. Worst place we have ever stayed in Ireland. The owner showed no interest in the guests or the quality of what he is offering. For similar money we have stayed in much better places in Ireland.

The property was very welcoming amd relaxing. All the staff were fantastic and friendly (especially Gemma) The food in the bar was delicious and very reasonable and the breakfast served was also great. Beautiful quaint town . We will be back

Our room was newly decorated & beautiful apart from the three seater sofa just when you go in the door & the matching armchair which do nothing for the room. It would be so much nicer without them & just a little table and chairs where the armchair is & maybe a mini fridge & the room would be perfect

The staff here are exceptional, the people are so welcoming & friendly. Nothing was too much for the girls that work here

We have never came across such lovely, friendly staff on our visit. Gemma was one girls name, not sure of the other girl. But both outstanding and breakfast girl was the same. Rooms could be update but the rate was very very good.

Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Great atmosphere in the pub, watching the Rugby. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and so was the the food in the pub. Great location at Loch Gowna.

The accomodation was very old could do with an upgrade. The beds were very uncomforable. The noise at night time was very bad. On the Saturday night there was a dance/disco which is fair enough for a Saturday night. At about 6am someone outside decided it was a good time to move metal kegs etc which woke us all up and unable to get back to sleep. The following evening/ morning someone decided to dump bottles into bins at about 2.30am which went on for ages and very noisy. Thought it was very poor that the people in the accomodation wasn't considered at all.

The breakfast was lovely and the lady who served us was very nice and helpful. The staff in the tavern were very nice also.

Room not great, bed was ok, bathroom very dated and shabby, could have been cleaner. Dinner in bar not great Sunday, our order taken at 6.45pm, apparently chef had finished at 8pm, and food seem to be what was basically left and reheated, couldn’t get deserts as chef gone. Extremely noisy throughout the night as a function was on in back seating area,live music out there, which stopped round 1am, but party continued inside to bar area where music was played very loudly till early hours morning, not much sleep had, car doors banging, car horns sounding, people shouting all while leaving the premises.

Breakfast was good both mornings. Dinner good in bar Saturday.
