BrazilWe had a terreo apartment; so there was not much sun or light coming in. Also, the hair dryer didn't work, but the girl in the reception didn't seem concern to provide a solution.
The location is just perfect. It is right at Schull Harbour, so we just crossed the road and were in the beautiful Schull Harbours facilities. Additionally, the structure of the self-catering apartment is perfect for a family; we had everything that we needed.

IrelandThe breakfast was not included, it was an additional expense. The breakfast service was slow as it was very busy. The steam room was out of order. The mattress could have been better.
The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good. The hotel had good facilities. The hotel is well maintained, it is clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice.

Check-in was possible from 1500 which was great. My room was spacious and comfortable with a good coffee maker. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely setting looking down onto the harbour. All in all a great hotel that I'd happily recommend.

IrelandJust one complaint and that is it would have been helpful if I was told there was a problem with the shower screen in the ensuite. The water came out on to the floor and had to be mopped up with the bath mat. I could have used the shower in the main bathroom.
