Not a big dorm room fan, but for the price was good.

    Centrally located.

The shower was push button and lasts about 2 min. No tea or coffee in room.

The room was big with its own toilet and shower. Being hostel type accommodation it was what we expected. Well situated to vineyard Main Street.

No kitchenette facilities. It would have been handy a kettle and a few teas.

Having those extra shared toilets was great, moreover when is a family of three or more.

Showers weren't very hot, not so much of an issue in September but hopefully in winter they're a bit warmer!

Great location for exploring the Beara Peninsular and Ring of Kerry, it's a tiny town so everything is walking distance. Our host Maureen was hilarious although I'm not sure if she realizes it. Lockup storage for bikes is very handy, and the room was nice and clean.

There was quite a bad body odour smell in the hallway between the bathrooms and rooms. However I would say this was probably due to another guests coat that was hanging up rather than the fault of the accomodation.

Helpful staff at check in who gave good dinner recommendations. Basic but comfortable bed in a shared room. The bathroom facilities were clean and tidy.

It is quite expensive considering the quality of the room. There was a strange smell throughout the facilities, and the windows and doors didn't provide much sound isolation. However, I think it's acceptable for a one-night stay.

Central place. Friendly host. Showed the most popular bars and a quick tour of the town map.

Upper and lowbunks are so close together you can't even sit on the bed or sit up in bed. Only 2 chairs in room for 8 bunks.

The room was for 4 people and 2 were suppose to sleep on a bunk which is ok but the lower bunk was really claustrophobic as the upper bunk's height was really really low. Lower bunk wasn't too comfortable

Location is excellent as it on road from where the town starts and its a lovely walk from this hostel down to the town. Room was clean with neat bedding. Toilets are shared but they were clean as well so no complaints. Its perfect for a night stay to continue the drive next day.

With all the restaurants in Kenmare to chose from it is understandable that a food service would not be provided. But tea and coffee making facilities would really help add to the wonderful atmosphere that is already there, to especially support meeting other hostellers. The window of the room I was in faced the main street going south from Kenmare. The window needed to be closed to reduce noise from the street, but this greatly reduced the ventilation in the room with ten people in it, I think. It was unpleasant, to say it gently.

The hostel is conveniently located in the town of Kenmare. It is clean, a little old world, and had a very nice sitting room where one could meet other hostellers.

Nothing to dislike about Failte Lodgings.

Caring kind and honest approach to all the people that came to stay at this lovely location. Maureen left us to enjoy our visit to Kenmare and even gave us a map to get around easier.

Very friendly reception, lady that showed us around the accomadation was very helpful and welcoming. My sister and I stayed in a private room with shared bathroom. Bathroom was spotless clean, ideal. Whole house was immaculate. Beds very comfy, sink in room. Location literally in the centre of town. Everything that was available/not available/ house rules were very clearly communicated so you know what to expect.
