Every expectation by myself and others in my company were blown away and much merriment was had every single day and night, I can honestly say that there was nothing here that Idid not like 10/10

Everything was spot on, would defo go there again.some rather grand characters amongst the staff here, the service and food quality and rooms and the entertainment for the price that you pay was absolutely second to none, The staff and the owners here have a good moral and are very professional and consistent in what they do for the customers nothing is to much trouble here, these guys are keeping an old tradition alive and are very passionate and communicative with other businesses in the area to do the same, very impressive to see that good values are still being practiced evidently, Thank you Murphy @ Killarney.

The room was a bit warm, but there was a heat wave so that was to be expected. The beds weren't the most comfortable.

We loved the feel of this place. We were a little hesitant about parking, but it worked out fine. Everyone was very kind and we had no issues. The music played below at night was fun. It did go much later than expected, as we were reminded of "quiet hours" that did not correspond to the fun being had below us.

The noise from about 6 last Saturday morning outside room 302 was bonkers. Also paying 195 for one night without breakfast - crazy stuff.

Bar staff were rude and abrupt. Walked in and sat at 1 of 3 empty tables. Server then told us to get up and wait at the door. After a few more mins he asked did we not see the sign to wait to be seated(no we didn’t see them as the sign is tiny and at a table about 6-8 foot inside the bar so it’s not obvious). We then had to wait again for someone else to seat us who said we would have to wait half an hour( I understand waiting for a table but the server had been so runs and there was empty tables with no reserved sign on them? I’d recommend the porterhouse for food and would not stay here again

Rooms are large, spacious and clean. However the rooms are very warm/to warm to where I woke up during the night being to hot. There’s plant/equipment outside our window so it was too loud to open the window.

Generator started at 7 in the morning could not get a lie in was told it didn't start until 10 am by staff the night before

Only minus, was the room was very hot at night, whcih would be fine but the wether was quite warm so it was hard to sleep even with the window open and the radiators turned off.

Room was clean and comfortbale, the shower was hot and the bathroom spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful, no fuss. The location is excellent in the centre of Town. The Breakfast was cooked fresh and was tasty, the breakfast is served in the bar area whcih is a bit off putting in the morning, maybe some music/radio would liven it up a little and some newspapers but other than that great location and value for money room and brekfast.
