The bathroom basin was cloakroom size so the kettle wouldn't fit to fill. I understand that the toilet was for disabled use, but I don't like the fact it had no toilet lid. Therefore a small basin and no toilet seat, coupled with no shelf meant there was no where to put toiletries, toothbrush, etc. Breakfast was slow, and we had to alert the waitress after 15 minutes of serving others who arrived after us. Breakfast was good though was lacking in lack of fruit or yoghurts. Toaster was useless.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The bar/restaurant was spacious and the evening meal purchased was delicious.

For some reason, the cold tap provided warm/hot water initially, getting cold after a minute or so. The breakfasts provided in part of the bar was fine. The condiments were not always clean, left from the night before and having the toaster plugged into and extension cable hanging from the wall would give a hotel inspector a heart attack!!

If I had to give a score for staff friendliness it would be 10 out of 10. Advertised as a Hotel, it is a Pub with decent rooms attached. Breakfast is not served until 9-11am. Fine if one is in no hurry. It is in an ideal location for walks, some around Tinahely, the main one, the Wicklow Way. If you are a walker and want to get going early, make sure staff are there to provide breakfast, or get breakfast on your way! The bar has entertainment some evenings, one going on til past midnight, a second until 0145. If you are an early to bed person, not for you.

Only thing nothing in the town had to drive to get to places. Staff were to young not experienced enough. One girl was left to do everything was so busy for her,so everyone was waiting a time for food r drinks.

Food was fab .staff were great. Room was superb. Overall a lovely place to stay.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. Everything was fantastic.

Gorgeous, quaint property in a beautiful small town. Very clean, very comfortable. The food served was exceptional. The dinner and breakfast was delicious, great value. The staff were friendly and polite and even though it was a bit busy at dinner and breakfast the staff were very attentive and helpful.

The whole property was spotless clean. And breakfast was delicious and included in the hotel fare. Bed was big and very comfortable. We asked if we could check out a bit later and they've accommodate our request with no issues.

Overall a great getaway for two nights. Hotel ran very well. Staff brilliant and the people in the area very welcoming. No heasitation in recommending this Hotel.

The Staff and accommodations were extremely exceptional. The apartment where I stayed was both impressive and immaculate, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The breakfast the following morning was amazing. Truly and exceptional find.
