Ireland. We usually stay in this hotel twice a year and are allways very happy.We booked a table in the restaurant for the 2nd night of our stay. Unfortunately the evening did not come up to the standard of service we received in the restaurant in the Radisson on previous stays. It was disappointing.There was a concert on which left extra pressure on the staff in the restaurant and chefs. Staff were doing their best under the circumstances. Management would need to review how the people that are staying in the hotel are looked after and also that the staff are considered.. We love to stay in this hotel and this one negative experience will not put us off. We will stay again and look forward. to the next stay.
The location is perfect . Hotel is on the river beautiful setting. The breakfast is fabulous and breakfast area is managed so well and selection is fabulous. The beds are very comfortable and spacious. Room spotless. All staff are very friendly helpful and nice..

IrelandThe room was very shabby for the price it was. There was stains on the carpets. The bed looked very shabby. There was an awful smell in the hall ways. There has been dust and spider webs in the room. The bathroom sink was broken. The USB charger of ours wouldn’t work at all. There has been no air conditioning. Very disappointing for the price it was.
