The hospitality from check throughout our stay was so warm and caring. They made myself and my husband but more importantly my fur baby Zebo ever so welcome to their property. Our room was comfortable and spacious with tea coffee and biscuits in the room on arrival. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional esp as this was my first time staying at pet friendly hotel. The food was also lovely.

The shower could do with updating.

This hotel was lovely. Very close to the bus station, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was delicious especially the soup. The village of Lisdoonvarna is not far from the cliffs and is very easy to reach by bus if you don’t have a car.

The township was quiet and lacked animation as did the hotel - probably due to the bad weather. The room was spacious as mentioned but it was quite old-fashioned.

This is a very friendly hotel. The owners were very willing to give advice and tourist tips on where to go. The room was large and spacious. The hotel is reasonably convenient to tourist spots such as the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren.

We were warmly welcomed, even though we were from Tipperary😁 This was a lovely family run hotel with lovely food and very friendly staff. We were well looked after and had great chats with the boss...we also spoke with her mother😁

Nothing not to like. It is exactly as advertised and more. The bar area doubles as the restaurant which takes away the cosy feel, but now I am picking.

Staff are extremelly nice and helpful, always smiling and helping their guests. We went there with our little dog and he was very welcome in all areas (I would recommend telling them in advance just in case). We spent one night in this hotel and the rooms are big, beds are really comfortable and the food is delicious (we had lunch and dinner in their restaurant and I only have good things to say about the food). Breakfast also really good!

Very friendly staff, from the front desk to all the staff who served us food. Very professional but very friendly. Thanks for making our stay so special! The food is served late too, if you stay here try the lamb stew! Clean room, comfy bed and bedding. Overall a great experience.

Family run hotel - we got such a warm welcome from Lynn and her 2 daughters. The hotel is spotlessly clean as was the room. Very comfy beds and great shower. The breakfast menu included every style of breakfast any guest would like and we were served by a polite and friendly young lady. The info book in the room had all the local and further afield places of interest along the Wild Atlantic Way. Lyn also kindly offered her own recommendations and insights into the area. Brilliant stay - I would highly recommend staying at the Rathbaun Hotel.

We found the bed a bit hard but still slept very well.

The Rathbaun Hotel is a family run business that totally went out of their way to make our stay very good. It definitely is an older hotel with alot of charm. All members of the family did everything they could to help us in every way. It was very close to Doolin and the Cliff of Moher.
