the bathrooms were freezing. u might as well be standing outside it would been wormer as a result I had to go to a friends hotel to shower the shower wasn’t very good. no heaters wind blowing in the windows not very good

Do not stay here it was dirty and cold we had to sleep in our coats it was that cold....There were junkies hanging around knocking at our door at 5am in the morning a disaster of a place should be closed down

A property which does the job. i stayed in a twin room and was really pleased with the comfortable beds. Definitely worth the price and location could not have been any better.

arrived at the property and there wasn’t any staff to check us in. had to wait half hour for someone to come and give us keys for the room.

brilliant location, 2 minute walk from all the main pubs/bars. plenty of food places close as well. rooms and facilities were all lovely and clean.

Lack of receptionists, but cooks and cleaners made their best to help people while doing their own duties. Also the noisy street and pedestrians at night. The place is well located, but there's no noise blocking windows. Matresses were terrible. People were even talking/complaining about it on the corridors.

Location is great, but the lack of noise blocking/noise control in the rooms is awful. As it is right in the middle of everything, in front of a 24h Spar, there's lot of noise all night long. Specially from people working on the street right there in front of the hostel, holding posters screaming "blackjack, lap dance, casino" all night long...

Nothing at all.

The staff is really nice and attentive. I had a kind of adventure, my airline delayed my luggage and delivered when i had just checked out. So i got a call from them and they were really nice. Suggested not to alternate my trip and return they could store it until I was back to Dublin as planned. The location is super central. The bed and the room was basic - yet very ok. No complaints at all I really enjoyed my stay and I am grateful for the kind staff. I would happily book again.

Windows could maybe do with a clean- but then, it IS the city centre you know!

The no muss, no fuss approach. Cheap, right where I needed it, and did exactly what I'd wanted; gave me a place to get my head down for the night, and made no demands on me. Staff friendly and helpful in the limited interaction I needed to have with them. Clean toilets and a better shower than the place I live! What more do you want??

definitely needs double glazing, I honestly thought the windows was open with the amount of noise . Room 22 . also curtains not nets , my room was a busy walkway and opposite room could see right in my room and to help blocking light out for sleep

This is a filthy accomodation and very expensive - we paid £105 for a small room with a bunk bed and external bathroom The soap in the bathroom was actually fairy liquid Stains all over the mattresses and bedding People had been sick in the bathroom and this wasn't cleaned up by anyone Very noisy due to being on a busy street Windows are so thin all the light still comes through Not a proper kitchen, only a kettle and toaster just sitting in the hallway Overall, very disappointed

.booked in .nice girl at reception. Then went out to get food but collapsed and ended in hospital and still in over Christmas. Sent email to reception and girl had all my stuff ready for collection. Thank you very much .will stay there again. Good value 👍❤
