Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location for overnight stay while visiting southside friends. So many welcome/thoughtful details including a good power points, GREAT shower head, hot water bottle that was welcome in a cold spell. V comfortable bed. Great unexpected views of rooftops and Dublin mountains from Layla restaurant. Even porridge had a creamy good twist. 👌

IrelandAs a parent with 2 teens, the atmosphere wasn’t appropriate to hang out. Definitely for older families or couples. On reflection this isn’t a place I’d stay again with a family.
A lively atmosphere with the Devlin’s restaurant, hotel and attached cinema. Lots-of restaurants, shops and bus access on the doorstep. 7 parking spaces are available to be booked on the morning of arrival for an additional fee of €15. parking was a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
