No parking space for cars in the building, hence to walk a bit to and from the property. More importantly, it was difficult to find a space in front of the hotel just to temporarily park our car to lower our luggage.

The room is large, as well as the bathroom. The varieties of the breakfast were exceeded our expectation. The location is superb.

While our stay at The Gresham was overall fantastic, we did notice that the water temperature in the showers was not consistent. It would be great if this could be addressed to enhance the comfort of future guests. Secondly we found the price-quality ratio of the food at Toddys Bar & Brasserie to be disappointing.

A special mention goes to the porter, Stephen, who truly made our stay memorable. His warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the local area, provided us with excellent tips on must-visit locations and attractions. Thanks to Stephen, we were able to explore some hidden gems that we would have otherwise missed. Overall, I highly recommend The Gresham for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just a shame some people who stay there Have no thought about anyone else, but to slam doors and move chairs on the hard floor, that’s nothing to do with the Gresham though it’s selfish people!!

I dined in your restaurant on the evening we booked. I did feel that the tables were very close to each other, definitely too close for comfort. I was with my son that has special needs and while he is very good he speaks a bit louder and I felt everyone's eyes on me and him. Also I could see thst when people received their food guests at both sides stated at the plates as the seats were in such close proximity, I would definitely consider looking into this. We are in the bar at lunch time and it too wax beautiful 😍

Juxtaposition of modern interior design with the hotel historic origins. There were no soft floor coverings! Even in the bedroom. Also, just some small touches missing - like there was no water to drink in the room
