The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional especially Uris, Juan and James. They allowed us to check in early. This hotel is in a central location. It's decorated to a high quality finish. Breakfast was included in the price and it had a wide variety of hot and cold food. The hot food was actually hot 🙂 The waiting staff were very attentive. 10 out of 10 for this hotel.

Ive stayed here loads of times because it is so central and the staff are brilliant. Its especially nice at Christmas. Its right on Oconnoll street and 2 minutes from all the shops on Henry Street and about 10 -15 min walk to Grafton Street. Hotel has lovely reception area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast was great All the staff are so welcoming and so helpful . Will be back again

The rooms were lovely and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Every member of staff I saw or spoke too was friendly and had a smile. All very Very pleasant. The breakfast was lovely and their was a nice atmosphere. The bar was really nice , and a very nive atmosphere The room was good value for money. I didn't get a chance to check out the gym. I will next time. I'm already from dublin however the hotel is in a perfect location to the city center, I had no issues with regards to safety, its also close to the cinema which is very handy.

There was actually nothing we could find fault in.

Riu Gresham has such a comfortable, relaxed feel as soon as you enter. We we're greeted in the bar by Lucas, who looked after us the whole time we were there. He is such a gentleman, and has looked after myself and another friend on other occasions when we stayed. Staff on Reception were so helpful also and when we couldn't find our room one of the cleaning staff members helped us out. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of everything and staff were so helpful with extra tea and coffee. On departure, Uros was kind enough to take a group photo of us all at the Christmas tree.

Having to go home.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Room had everything I needed and was very clean. The bar was very relaxing and staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful at all times. The location of the hotel was right in the heart of the city and was within walking distances to a lot of attractions and public transport, if needed. A wonderful place to stay when visiting Dublin.

Was a 'one-off' problem I believe, but we had no hot water in the morning for shower! As I say, just us!,.... a pipe getting fixed. Other than that 100%
