Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe breakfast room was huge but nevertheless crowded, and although the variety of the food was very good the coffee was disappointingly from a machine and not very good.
The airport bus stopped outside. The staff were excellent. Our rooms were immediately available. The room was small but comfortable. The bar and lounge were well staffed and well stocked. The overall look of the hotel was very good.

Staff are spectacular, esp David, Steve and Emily. If you are traveling by taxi in town, ask to stay in the remodeled old hotel. The new facility, while connected to the old, is a long walk if you have walked all day. our room was lovely though!

CanadaGreat location, clean, excellent breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Staff in the restaurant were excellent, reception not great. Parking and arrival situation is awful. No pull up area, no one to help, no ramp. Had to walk along rough roads, in both senses of the word, with all our luggage. They desperately need a valet service or a pull up area for the price and quality of the hotel itself. Also fire alarm went off six times late evening.

Staff amazing and lady let us check in at 10am instead of 3pm free of charge, room service boy lovely on Thursday evening and the concierge guys were absolutely lovely, the fella in the suit and the lady’s on breakfast were absolutely lovely staff, even the handyman we met in the lift was pleasant and really really friendly! And the housekeeer ladies amazing! Well done! Especially breakfast staff and the door team guys! Lovely Staff!

IrelandThis may sound odd, but the flooring in the hotel corridors and the bedroom was ghastly and the absolute opposite of plush. It was a kind of nasty industrial vinyl but looked really poor quality. Frankly, it looked like something you'd buy on Shein! If I'd known, I'd have brought slippers.
Very friendly staff, fast check in and check out, superb service from all staff at breakfast. Fabulous food selection at breakfast.

United KingdomWhilst our room (269) really was exceptional it overlooked a service road and on both nights of our stay we were disturbed by on the first night refuse wagons at 01:00 am and delivery trucks at around 03:30 am!
