As said previously I would have preferred a front facing rooms looking looking on to O Connell street.

Breakfast, staff and location were all excellent.. I would recommend this stay at the price charged. I would’ve liked to have stayed in one of the front facing rooms looking on to O Connell street. I will be booking this hotel again if the price is the same in the future.. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Dublin now and this has been my favourite. Thanks

It is always a pleasure to stay in the Gresham. Rooms have been refurbished and are fabulous. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is first class. Great variety. Staff are extremely helpful. Will be back soon.

General decor in upper floors is bland, cold and unwelcoming. Extortionate price for a mediocre hotel that used to be very good but which is now only Fair. Homeless and beggars on O'Connell Street. Not much the hotel staff can do about this, but the hotel chain maybe can.....? Room was nice but I had requested a Twin Room. Not available at check-in so hotel offered to make up the sofa bed. 2 nights on a sofa bed cost me €700 which is a RIP OFF

Ground floor, reception, bar and restaurant all very good. Staff friendly and plentiful in numbers. Breakfast was very good.

The packed breakfast that the Hotel provided was poor. The standard buffet breakfast was superb, but the small muffin a granola bar ,apple, and small fruit drink was a poor substitute for a 6.45am start for a 12 hour bus tour.

The plastic floor tiles in the bedroom. I know they are practical and easy to clean but not very cosy underfoot.

We appreciated the room upgrade for my birthday. Staff were all friendly particularly those who had a welcoming smile at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and the food in general, whilst not Michelin star, was very good and good value for money.

d.l. Queen room had everything we needed, well equiped, nice decor but all cleverly sqeezed into a compact room. If we went again we would look for a room with a bit more space.

Good standards, very efficient staff. Nice mix of age groups, staff and guests. Riu also employed some Spanish people which was good for guests from Spain who might favour the brand.
