Nothing - it did feel very expensive for the size of the room and given that it was one of the basement rooms so not particularly light, but Bruce Springsteen was playing that night which had pushed up all the prices.

Very comfortable, lovely shower and perfect location for exploring Dublin . The breakfast was really nice in a gorgeous setting, staff all lovely . Not noisy but still close to everything.

The heating in my room (semi-basement) was from an air heater/conditioner under the ceiling that was pointed towards my bed. I ended up turning it off altogether not to have it blow on me all night.

Good breakfast choices. Very helpful staff. Good location. Reasonably large room with comfortable bed.

A lift would be good. It was over 60 stairs to our room and that is a lot with 2 very heavy bags.

Excellent location. Very smart little hotel. Very comfortable bed and lovely room

Perfect for a stay in central Dublin
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple

There was no lamp above sink in the part of the bathroom that was within the room itself.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a stay in central Dublin. We had a very nice and large room. We liked the furniture and colour scheme of the room. The coffee making facilities were a nice extra. Breakfast was very good with an extensive a la carte menu to choose from.

All the TV stations did not work. If I was very longer, smart TV functionality would have been useful.

It was all very well done. Very well decorated. Air con worked and wasn't noisy. Breakfast was very nice. Location was excellent for our needs.

There was nothing. I would not and did not book a taxi through the website. The reality is less expensive.

The location was EXCELLENT. Around the corner from van pick up for our tour, short walk to the Book of Kells and the Trinity College Entrance, and also to the hop on/hop off busses for an overview of the city. We would definitely stay again and did! (After our five day tour). The staff was terrific. Especially Ellen, Julia and Gauber. Another bonus I didn’t anticipate was it was a reasonable walk to the pedestrian shopping/cafe area of Grafton St.! The breakfast and service for breakfast was excellent. I was very appreciative that the hotel let us stay on the ground floor. It made the world of difference to me as I am experiencing back issues. It was huge. Thank you staff!!!

Lovely spacious room and we received a free upgrade. Location is excellent, close to everything but still just far enough away that you are not bothered by noise at night. Awesome breakfast as well.

A lovely hotel with really nice friendly staff, next time we would get a different room.

Although we booked a deluxe room it felt a little on the small side. Wardrobe space was good but no drawers. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in and it was huge. The room was at the back of the hotel and the outlook wasn't great. A flat roof with lots of units, air conditioning and fans? So it was quite noisy at night with the noise from this equipment. Also, food smells from this area permeated the bathroom.

The staff were lovely, very helpful and highly professional. Breakfast was good quality and the choice was great. The location was really central. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and the toiletries lovely.

The only thing I could say we didn't love was the bathroom being so small, but it was plenty well equipped and I wouldn't take anything away from the hotel for this.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was so friendly, the room and facilities were clean, and the breakfast was excellent! I hope to stay here again soon!

The bed was two singles zipped together so the middle was slightly uncomfortable just needed a thin mattress topper to disguise this. Wouldn’t put me off going again.

The room was fabulous. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Really good location.

It's an old building which is charming, but you can easily hear the neighbors.

Such a cozy hotel on a perfect spot to explore Dublin. A very nice neighborhood with many pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. Probably the best I ever had in a hotel! You can choose a starter and a main a la carte and everything is high quality, including the coffee.
