Absolutely everything was a great experience from checking in to the rooms and breakfast was exceptionally nice, what makes this place great however is it's staff, all very professional but friendly and welcoming, I will definitely stay here again. My parents loved this hotel as well and had a very nice room which made them very happy, they also thought everyone we encountered were lovely.

The halls are tight. But it’s an old Georgian conversion. The rooms are large and comfortable with new bathrooms. So the halls only matter when you might wrestle with luggage.

Location was fabulous. Could not be better. Close to EVERYTHING. The understated setting on the small street is attractive. My room was downstairs and huge. Very comfortable. There were at least 20 excellent restaurants in the immediate surrounding streets. Some were the best in town.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The hotel is in a prime location in Dublin and is close to all amenities and sights. Breakfast was hearty and had great choice. We even got a free upgrade which was much appreciated as part of my partners birthday celebrations

Well, no one provides body or hand lotion anymore, with the move to more ecologically conscious packaging. So I have to learn to bring my own. Or take the opportunity to discover local purveyors not available elsewhere.

The room was very well appointed, in excellent taste, with abundant storage for luggage, clothing, long coats, etc. The breakfast was various and well cooked, whether one chose an Irish breakfast or something else. Oh, and there were comfortable bathrobes and slippers, for which my previous hotel had asked an extra charge.

The only downside was that we didn't know about the discount on the Qpark next door until we arrived (already paid for parking elsewhere)

Fantastic location but a quiet room. We enjoyed a luxury stay there with nice touches in the room, lovely shower, excellent breakfast & fabulous staff. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was ok, limited choice, food had to be sent back as undercooked, and some items we ordered did not come - inconsistency with staff service, even though they were plenty of them on duty

Amazing location, rooms well furnished, but bathroom a tad small for 2 people, and a lot of noise from guests upstairs, which we presumed was due to age of the facility.
