Stay was subpar, the door lock was dilapidated (but functional), no fan in the standard rooms. The ratings were inflated. The stay was subpar for the price we paid. The linen felt unkempt, just haphazardly set, which made us question if they actually changed it after the previous guests left.

Nothing really, except, the staff was responsive. :) The extremely high ratings don't justify, they're Inflated, they asked me to rate in front of them, so, my guess is, if they are doing this with everyone, naturally, people would rate higher.

The stay is good and it is exactly the same as shown in the images and the view from room is really good.

Food quality and taste can be better. There are no restaurants or shops nearby and the restaurant closes at 9.

1. Food was a hit and miss. We had four meals in total and two meals were good. Two meals were okayish. 2. WiFi was pathetic inside the room. Constantly turning on and off. Even when it was on, the speeds were not up to the mark. 3. TV did not have any channels subscribed to it. Tata Sky set top box was setup. But it wasn’t working. 4. Other than that a few minor grouses like no room service, the blinds provided for the windows were not private enough.

1. Location was serene. 2. Rooms were clean. Although space was okayish for the price, the materials used in the room were premium. 3. Staff were very cordial. Service overall was great. Food was served on time. 4. Reception and check-in experience was made simple. 5. Ample parking spaces available. 6. Prior information about the menu. 7. Available items a-la carte. 8. Indoor and outdoor games + board games available.

Dinner was not very great. They have a buffet but I found it pretty much taste less. Menu changes every day but tastes exactly the same. On the flip side, you get fresh hot food so, I opted for this anyway.

Helpful Staff and good value for money. It is not very cheap or expensive. Clean rooms and near to all the tourist locations.

Difficult to reach the property. Its situated in a high descent. Also one need to pass narrow roads to reach. Not a good idea to stay during peak season.

Please keep in mind the following details about the location. It is situated around 6-7kms from the city center. The place is still undergoing development, so some amenities are not yet fully operational. They can provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner at additional cost on prior request. However, the food options are currently limited and do not justify the price. It's worth noting that there are no restaurant options nearby or delivery services and property managers don't encourage brining in outside food, so we opted to have our dinner and the following day's breakfast on-site.

I found the place to be very peaceful with a lovely view. The staff members were all very helpful, and the rooms were quite pleasant. The layout was similar to an apartment, with two rooms, a shared living area, and a balcony, making it ideal for group or family travel. Additionally, they offer a game room with a table tennis table, carrom board, chess, and a play area for kids. They also have limited parking space.
