Really lovely hotel. We had a spacious twin bedded room with a large balcony. Very clean. Air con worked a treat. It is a short tuk tuk ride into the old town, but there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The pool is small but refreshing after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast was varied. No complaints!

I stayed 4 nights and it became my home. I was really comfortable, staff are amazing, they helped me with everything, food is really good, everything is super super clean, and decoration is lovely. I will miss the nights in silence after enjoying crazy Jaipur.

The only downside was that the toilet seat cover kept coming off its latch, but it wasn’t a big deal, and I’m sure it has been fixed by now.

The rooms were very spacious, with elegant furniture and décor that gave a nice heritage feel. With two large double beds, we were informed that it was the biggest room they have. The beds were super comfortable, and there were extra duvets and comforters in the wardrobe. The room also had a beautiful balcony with a fan and a couch, where we enjoyed spending time. While there are steep steps and no elevators to reach the room, we had to climb two floors, but the hotel staff kindly carried our bags, so it wasn’t an issue. All the staff were attentive, polite, and very friendly. They also spoke good English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel arranged a driver and a car for us to explore the city, which was a big plus (part of the package)

We really enjoyed our stay at Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel. Location is good and near to Sindhi Camp bus stand Jaipur. Everything is awesome regarding the place. Recommended for stay during your trip to Jaipur.

The room had opulence of another time, and the service was exceptional. Meals were good, with friendly staff eager to showcase the local dishes. It was a quiet sanctuary to withdraw to after the chaos of the streets. We loved it!

The service and care from the staff made this hotel special. It was lovely to swim in the pool after a day of sight seeing and the resturant offered good options for an evening meal. The pick up from the train station was included in the room rate - this was appreciated!

We liked everything about this property and it was the best hotel we have been during our two weeks in India. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Everything was meticulously clean, the room was amazing and matched the description. Their food was great too. I would definitely recommend it.

I didn't like so much the location, it is very close to the bus station, very busy all the time. At night I didn't feel I could go out for dinner on a walking distance.

The place is beautiful, room is amazing, I really enjoyed it. Breakfast is very nice, and all the people very smiley and helpful. This was lovely to stay there.

The location is not great as it’s in the thick of the city. But it’s off the main road and there is no disturbance that reaches once you’re in the hotel.

It’s very cosy and quaint and gives a perfect traditional Rajasthani vibe once inside the property. Though not large it’s a great mix of amenities & look and feel. The rooms are also tastefully done and have ample space. The pool is just right to unwind after a day of sightseeing . The staff is super helpful and warm and even made custom food for our toddler for her meals.

Food wasn’t great, could be better.

The staff, the rooms and the value for money. Location initially seemed a bit off but it turned into a bain as everything for 15-20 mins away. So close to the hustle bustle but yet so serene.

Nearby big nightbus station. Can be handy but evokes also very busy traffic and influences connection to the hotel. Although really too hot summer cleaning team put off airco and fan in my room! Result a too hot room when coming back after being into city. Didn’t happen anymore after my remark.

Kindness staff (especially gatekeeper & restaurant), heritage level hotel. Medium size swimming pool to cool down. Luckily only very first day empty and under repair.
