This was my second stay at Hotel Singh Empire during my trip to New Delhi. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the New Delhi Railway Station, which made getting around the city very easy. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—they offered travel tips, food recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed. The 24/7 front desk was also a big plus for late check-ins. Overall, for the price, location, and quality of service, Hotel Singh Empire offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

The restaurant staff are so helpful and polite, good selection of meals. Beds very comfortable with clean linen. Good size air conditioned room. Lift to all floors. As our transport was later in the day the hotel let us leave our luggage in safe location. The best hotel in Delhi, photos are genuine the reception is beautiful, with cut glass and lovely mirrors. Not down dirty alley as many in Delhi but on main road, however very quiet in rooms.

I like the room luxury and spacious, also inside bathroom steamer. It makes my bath excellent. also, I like the breakfast served. Variety of healthy foods, thank you, the staff members, and the reception people.

The room could have been cleaned to a higher standard, to much hair, grime and dust was visible; especially in the bathroom.

The rooms are modern, well decorated and well equipped with TV, kettle and fridge. Plenty of storage space and seating area.

I booked a room for double occupancy for one day and I liked the services provided by the staff, I was impressed more and continued and extended my stay for four more days. The staff at reception and the staff of service persons are so good in servicing, more responsible, sincerely doing their work. With a small problem I requested to change the room immediately without asking anything they considered my request and changed. I am very much thankful to all the staff. Ramesh

Fridge didn't appear to work very well and unable to turn on the TV. A bit of minor attention required to sweeping of the floor, quite a bit of fluff and the ring pull of a can were very noticeable. All easily resolved with attention to detail.

Very nice rooms, quite spacious and well laid out. Very nice restaurant with a good variety of choices for dinner, also served beer. Unfortunately we left to early for breakfast, but will have it on our return later in the month.

The constant banging on the wall from the construction. No windows. No natural light. The laundry service could be quicker and charge by weight not items of clothing. A t-shirt of a large person and the tshirt of a toddler costume the same to wash according to your pricing.

In an excellent location for the main railway station and links to the metro and airport. Very clean room and comfy bed and staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread had plenty of choice and it was good value for money. We would definitely stay again if passing through Delhi.

ROOM SERVICE. The TV in my room did not work for 2 days, I called room service many times but they did not come to my room even once to fix the TV.

The sockets in my room didn’t really work. Had trouble using them. It is quite loud if you are facing the main road but luckily I wear earplugs wherever I go so had no problem with that

The bedroom I stayed in was very spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom was clean and so was the room. Was nice to get slippers to wear around too. Breakfast was an interesting mix of food to choose from and there was something for everyone. We also ate here for dinner a few times and it was really good food for a great price. The service is a bit slow so don’t eat here if you are in a rush.

I wasn't aware that there was a series of construction/renovations happening in the area, along with other buildings and I caused some noise and affect certain facilities for a bit.

All staff should provide immediate support for room and facility issues.
