We are staying here for one night and we love this resort Near Hadimba temple 2.5km from the mall . Amazing food best service. We enjoy a lot in this resort They also have a swimming pool. We will definitely recommend to everyone.

It could have been clean, particularly the bed area. Lot of dust on the floor and corners. There is no MAT outside the bathroom. It's location is also a bit problematic if you want to rely on walking. About 2.5 kilometres steep climb is needed to get to the hotel. However, auto drivers know the location very well. It costs Rs. 250 from mall road.

It's a good hotel with decent facilities. Hot and cold AC was working well and hot water was available round the clock. Hotel canteen was also good. Toilet was very clean and bed was also very clean.

The only problem may be the location, far from city centre, with a rugged road. It can get pricy to get there.

I was in manali for a event and we choose hotel smuggler for our stay. Really very good hotel at very peaceful location with a great view of Snow covered mountains. After our event when back to hotel we have great with friends in there lawn with bonfire and music . Really very good hotel with beautiful room, playing zone , zym and lots of other things.

Excellent stay , A bit away from Mall road but near Hadimba devi temple.The hotel is quite new, everything worked in the pleasantly large room .food was so good . The view from the room is awesome..they have a lot of other activities like playing zone, Gym , lawn etc . Overall a very good experience and highly recommended.

Rooms are really very good with modern interior and 5 star room facilities with unique pirates theme. Central heating and view from the is mind blowing or say cherry on the cake. they have lot of other activities in the resort like proper playing zone for adults and kids, they very big and beautiful lawn with proper seating arrangements. they swings in lawn for child’s . They Zym , disco & other activities. if you are at Smugglers you do not need to go out side you will all things under one roof. highly recommend for couples, families and nature lover

How I can explain the hospitality of this hotel! no words. It was my 3rd visit to this hotel.staff, food,location view from the room was fantastic . Everything was neat and clean.Free wifi, pool, table tennis Ludo chess.carrom board etc.available there.There is elevator for old agers and disabled persons. Taxi booking is available there.Everything was on reasonable price. I love this hotel very much. Choose this hotel! You will never regret. Strongly recommend..

This Like Paradise view and room are literally very beautiful , my decision is fully right to choose hotel old smuggler , from the starting checking was very smooth and they upgraded my room from Elizabeth two Barbosa room is very beautiful with all amenities from temperature control. very comfortable bed,sofa chais for seating, tea coffee maker in room and lots of other amenities that take of each and every little thing in the room . if I talking about its amazing, you can see full Manali Apple Orchard mountains and passes from the room so this hotel all other amenities for the entertainment for the guest, they have very huge and beautiful gaming zone in the front of the property with all major indoor games like pool table, table tennis, chess ,carrom board and lot more.

This is an absolute lovely property in Manali. value for money Hotel clean and teddy rooms spacious and beautiful view from the balcony. We book for one day but extend to more days .the hotel service was top notch with all staff sowing up an excellent attitude with a smiling face. Food is very tasty too. Will highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for table stay with yum food and beautiful view in Manali and a Luxurious property which is affordable.
