Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarI booked Hotel Decent Suit for 10th July with my family. We arrived around 8:30 pm in heavy rain with our 4-year-old child, only to be told at reception that our room had an AC problem and they would send us to another hotel instead. We were left with no real choice at that hour and in those conditions, so we agreed. But the hotel they sent us to was in horrible condition. The room was filthy, smelled terrible, and the bathroom was worse than a public toilet. This was completely unacceptable. We booked in advance expecting basic decency, not to be shunted to a dirty, substandard hotel with no apology or proper support. I’m attaching photos of the room they forced us into—anyone can see how bad it is. My advice: DO NOT book this hotel. They have no respect for guests and seem happy to dump people elsewhere without warning or standards. I urge anyone considering this place to think twice.

It’s a scam place with dirty unchanged sheets and bed linen. 1) prior to checking in, I messaged the hotel my arrival time upon which I received a booking.com message that my booking had been modified - which I thought was the arrival time - but no, the hotel “adjusted” the fare, increasing the price by 50% 2) upon arrival, they tried to pull off the same google maps review scam with me like with the other reviewers here - I never let go of my phone tho 3) once in the room (I’d already walked out of the hotel assuming I wouldn’t pay the adjusted fare) I got a room… and saw that there were footprints on the linen - they clearly hadn’t been changed - which is disgusting. I don’t understand why they fall back to these scams and cheap methods - instead they could just do their job - I’m not expecting much from a $12 per night hotel… Also: their airport drop off for 1000R is ridiculous compared to Uber charging 160! Don’t fall for it - it’s not worth it.
Theres nothing to like about a place like this - unchanged bed linen are just unacceptable and the scam is unbearable

I suggest you to not believe the pics of hotels in Mahipalpur. Its a town full of cheap hotels without any facilities. Better to find nice hotels out of Mahipalpur.
