The money that they charge is not worth it. All the room feels like so much humid. It was hard when we first enter the room. We had to keep exhaust on for whole night to make it bit comfortable.

Dingy rooms with no vantilation. Continuous hammering work is going on disturbing guests a lot. One of the persons told that hammering work is going on in the hotel for last few months. Bed spring was broken.

1. they cancelled our booking on the same day of our arrival as we were traveling and unknown about it.we knew only at the time of check in as there was no reservation at all while we reached in the hotel that was shocking however, made a fresh booking again that caused serious stress … good luck it was vaccent as i was traveling with family….terrible 2. would rational if they would have taken our consent before cancellation … 3. bedsheet and blankets were noticed bit dirty at the time of checked in but later they changed in our request

There is some light not working, No room chappal I used footwear to go to the washroom which dirty the floor. The bath shower gel is smells like hell. Every 3 star hotel has buffet breakfast but there room they will deliver options are v less and we have to choose only one item from the given categories

I had seen mixed reviews on the property...but all negative reviews were proved false when I stepped into the hotel premises. The check in, room, bathroom all met our expectations fully. Room was very spacious...well-lit, clean. Ac was working perfectly... Food was room-serviced without any hassles. Found a good cafe/restaurant nearby to have dinner. overall very happy with the property

Neither service was good nor cleanines.Blanket was so dirty and when I requested to replace it they denied. Once when I was in the toilet water supply stopped and no one was on the reception to attend the call.Me and my family very much disappointed I will not prefer to stay here anyone's.

The entrance is through backdoor. Hotel is at 3rd floor of a building which is having renovation at first two floors. The walls have stains Breakfast is brought from somewhere else and very limited. It is cold by the time it reaches you.

I was only there for 3.5 hours. I was not able to sleep because something was biting me and kept waking me up. the bathroom sink had gunk and mold next to it and there were 3 toilet rolls that were wet with that mold water. there was no towels in the room. on the website they mentioned they will take visa and when I was checking out they said they won’t take international card. I didn’t have cash in Rupees since that was my last stop between travel back home. I tried to work with the staff to pay online but it didn’t work out. I gave him $10 cash because I have already paid half online and I only needed to pay the $1130 more. I told the staff I will try to pay online through booking later because I was late to catch my flight. although J in mentioned that they were acting as I was stealing and I had to leave with screaming so I don’t miss my flight. my body is still itching from what it was in the bed.
