Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The pillow is like stone. Bed quality is poor. Due to strong pillow my wife developed vertigo, vomiting and im turn dehydrstion. Spent more than rs.5000 by admittimg herself in a privste hospital. Already claiming for damage to her health. But they are yet to process. Till yoday she is medicine for neck and head clotting .
Very near to railway starement and quality of free breakfast.

The Manager Mr. Tapan Ghosh is extremely competent and very helpful in all matters. I recommend the hotel for family and single persons. It's proximity to the station and restaurants is a great relief to residents

I have booked this property and I came there early for check in and spoke with receptionist. Unfortunately was no room available when I reached there and booked room was occupied. I have requested for waiving fee as this property have no option for free cancellation . Property manager didn’t allowed for waiving fees option. I have emailed them about the same :however , no response received yet .

Water bottles could've been a complimentary service.
The rooms were clean, the check-in process was smooth and all other necessities were available at ease. The location is very close to the Railway station( walkable distance)

The property had cancelled the booking, wanting us to make a deposit directly to them prior to arrival. However, I attempted to contact them 6 times via alternate methods with no response. They cancelled our booking and asked us to pay cash on arrival. Generally, I don't think it's a big deal. However, this did create a lot of confusion and additional stress.
Accommodation was clean and comfortable.

No toilet paper which is just extraordinary for a hotel. After asking and being told there was none, and clearly just expected to accept this as normal, a guy eventually brought up some napkins from the breakfast area. Utterly bizarre. The internet was fine once we’d managed to log-in, but that took forever too and necessitated several calls to reception.
It’s near the station - an easy 10 minute walk. The room was basic but acceptable, the water vaguely warm and the bed comfortable enough. But the only reason to stay here is the proximity to the station; otherwise don’t even think about it.

the property did not provide us with any toiletries, the bedsheet was not cleaned and tidy. The telephone was not working, and also there was a pool of water in the toilet. The towels wrent properly made.

Breakfast. They don't have any restaurent.they have made some arrangement with some lousy eateries who is daily offering same thing half cooked dosa and idly with dirty sambar and chatni on tree leaves tasteless and with very roud behaviour. Only dogs can eat there.
