The charging plugs in our room were not working. They need to look at can opener in kitchen.

The hostel is big, reception sent us messages about access code and all as we were arriving late. Kitchen is well stocked.

Good self check-in hostel. I had a bed in a 8-bed dorm and the dorm was spacious. No bunk-beds but normal beds and enough space in between beds. When door of dorm was closed it was very quiet there ;) The sanitair was enough and clean too and there was a big kitchen. Would definitely want to come back here.

Matrass needs to be replaced, no working plugs in the room. At check out someone was at the reception, she didnt say a word....

Self check in, a good place gor just one night

I had a difficult time with checking in since the self check in key card wasn't working and I arrived at 11:30pm. I wish they had an easier way to reach out to staff like a Whatsapp number or any contact information that doesn't include calling an international number.

Clean room. I only stayed for a few hours to sleep so I don't have much opinion about it.

Self service check in. Not quite enough info though. Id try to get there early if you can to have someone give a tour. Pree parking out front. Seemed like not enough bathrooms for the many rooms of beds they had.

the room we asked was not the one we were given. we booked the double/twin bed but got a bigger room with 4 beds that wasn’t very cozy

Provided towel was super small, more usefull for hands and not for shower. 1 shared shower was woth bad drainage, the other one with weak water stream.

Good location and easy to find. Plenty of parking slots, well equipped kitchen.

The place is very central and clean. Parking possibility infornt of the hostel. Generally comfortable with possibilities of buying in the nearest supermarkets.

The plates in the Kitchen were not fonctionning everywhere. Generally, the kichtchen is crowded and very noisy. Many tourists never respected the rules.

The hostel accommodates quite many rooms which means there are a lot of guests in the building at the same time. The restrooms were enough to avoid simultaneous usage, but the public kitchen room was a bit of a mess. I saw some group of people not cleaning their dishes and pots after using them. And some other guests were talking too loud to make me feel this place is not a public one.\

Good location in the center of Selfoss. Public restrooms are clean and enough to avoid usage with other guests.

Location was good. Typical hostel facilities but upgrades were needed in some bathrooms.

Kitchen was very nice and I liked that all the bathrooms and showers were individuals rather than just stalls in a larger room. No bunk beds added to a feeling of comfort and spaciousness.

We were a group of 11 and when we got there there was no place for cooking or sitting. I think it would need extra space for summer travellers.

Arrived evening time - contact free check-in which a little weird. Drains were partially blocked which meant I spent 30 minutes attempting to 'un-poop' the toilet within the first hour of getting there then wading after a shower. No staff were about to contact. Thankfully there was minimal smell. Appears there was a blockage somewhere which the staff were dealing with when we left the following morning.

Booked last minute (whilst sat eating pizza down the road) - so ability to do this was excellent. Kitchen well equipped and spacious. Beds were comfy. Only flying visit. Seemed quiet but guess depends on other guests ;-)
