The Location was perfect. The full authenticity of being in central Venice without the crowds. After being there for 3 days both my wife and I agree that we couldn't have chosen a better spot or hotel. Everything was no further than a 5 - 10 minute walk. Friendly, Helpful, Clean. Spot on and most importantly the Air con, which was a welcome relief from the midday temperatures and crowds if you are wanting to go during the height of summer. Tip, Go for one of the front canal view rooms, the views and sounds are straight out of a film!

Definitely the bathroom and shower was the highlight of the room. With one standing shower and one jacuzzi bathtub, it certainly stood out even higher than a 5 star hotel. The room also had a Venice type look and decoration. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Superb location and beautiful setting on one of the many canals. 5 mins walk from St Marks Square and main attractions. 3 mins walk from nearest water bus station. Blissfully quiet and very friendly, helpful staff.

Absolutely loved the rooms, we had a junior sweet and after travelling all day and unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great we had a lovely jacuzzi bath to finish our night off and wind down! Absolutely lovely & the beds were super comfortable.

The bed was super creaky and felt like it was going to break each time we moved. The room was great, but quite a dark room even with the curtains open. The ground floor room we stayed in was rather noisy right next to the lift and courtyard door but you could hear people in the bar and the piano etc. but it was their only ground floor room and that’s what we asked for! Other than that great!

We were given a ground floor room as requested, the staff were very informative and friendly. The bathroom was a great size and nice shower. Over all the place was super clean and tidy, and smart decor. We did not eat at the restaurant attached however we’re offered 10% off if we did which is great. We liked the digital door entry system you could press do not disturb which is handy. The location is amazing right in the centre not far from st marks square. And plenty of places to eat and grab souvenirs.

Location was excellent, as it was on the quieter side of town but so accessible to everything and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. The room was on the smaller size but the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed.

The room is very romantic and spacious. It has a great heater and is also very clean and tidy. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It also has a beautiful view of the canals.

Everything here is expensive, even the small bottle of water provided in the room costs €2.50, which would normally be free in other hotels. And the heating works sometimes and sometimes not.

The location is good, far from the station but close to San Marco Square. The room is large with a balcony facing the river and the shower is good.

a little bit of a distance from the train station, but nice to be away from the main hustle and bustle areas. The 8 o’clock breakfast start time meant we missed out on our included breakfast due to our outgoing flight time.

The room (Jr Suite) was amazing. so much space and a lovely view of the canals below. the lounge area was nice to relax whilst not using the bed. the bathroom facilities were very spacious and comfortable. great spa. the windows allowed us to get some fresh air and view the nightlife. great location close to water taxi pickup spot to the airport.

Decor and furnishings could do with a refurbishing as the interior looks quite dated.

Very clean room and bathroom, spotless and dust-free. Very spacious bedroom and very large bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room, as well as extra blanket and pillows. Location is excellent for accessing the tourist hotspots of Venice within a 5min walk.
