Only thing is you can hear sometimes the other guests closing and opening their door from the room, but nothing too bad.

Good hotel in the middle of Belluno, you can do anything by walk! The room is comfortable and staff was very friendly. Great breakfast with chocolate cake! Hope to come back in the winter!

I booked a room with bath tub, I was specifically looking for such room. When we arrived, we've got a key from a room with only shower. And room itself was smaller than on photos. Of course on my demand I've got a key from a room I booked, but it cost us moving all our baggage.

Our room (101) was amazing. Even though we were only 2 people, we got a huge quadruple room, and the terrace was big enough to have a party. It was awesome!!!

Even though we booked a deluxe room, it was more on the smaller side, as I could see from the building plan, the rooms towards one end are smaller due to the shape of the building, the bathroom was extremely small. Bathroom generally older still, very inconvenient shower over a bathtub with squared curtain metal on top of the curved part of the bathtub, I could barely stand, toilet space also very limited and uncomfortable. We were travelling with our dogs and wanted to leave them in the room while we eat but the air conditioning was not working well, and we only received one key for the room. Fortunately, the staff offered to open the room for us later. In the end we received a key to use until the next morning additionally to the key card. Bed linens also too hot for the weather, we had to sleep with the windows open in the end.

Location was great, right in the middle of the city with easy parking nearby on the night we were there, breakfast was good, although no fruit available, they had freshly baked croissants and pancakes, a good coffee machine and also cheese and ham (for non-Italian travellers like me). Lots of choice for sweet breakfast. The staff was very friendly, especially the evening staff. Room was clean and quiet, accessible with an elevator. Very good for a short stay while you're travelling the region. Restaurants and coffee bars, shops, nearby.

The breakfast was a little basic. No hot food just cakes and some meats and bread, cereal etc.. but it was still plenty for us :)

Rooms were really modern and clean, bathroom had different light settings, air conditioning was great. Staff were very kind and attentive. We had an issue with the air conditioning (totally our own fault hadn’t shut the window properly) and someone from reception came up within 2 mins and helped us

The staff were very helpful. We were given a smaller room than we had booked to start with and the hotel was fully booked but moved to alarfger room with a balcony the next day . The rooms have recently been renovated. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean modern and shower is Goss and powerful. Also a bidet. Breakfast is cold meats cheese rolls, yoghurt, cereals , pastries fruit etc. Plentiful and sets you up for the remainder of the day. Parking is a bit tight but the staff work wonders fitting all the motorbikes and cars in. Good locatas a base for sightseeing around this eastern part of the dolomites.

I spent many stays in this hotel, last was in 1020. Was always unique, yet now, after they renovated the rooms, it is literally amazing. All great; clean, staff, location.. excellent place to be.

Rooms, cleanliness, bed comfort, excellent breakfast, carparking, setting in beautiful Belluno, super helpful reception. Lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Outstanding service and attention. We had booked at another location and when we went there it was terrible. We searched for alternate accommodation and found Albergo Cappello and Cadore . They were super helpful and went well beyond what would be expected to accommodate us - would highly recommend staying with them

Perfect location to end our AV1 hike. The hotel is very gracious to allow us to stow our luggage during our hike - we drop our luggage here before we proceed to Cortina/Lago di Braies. Our basic room is large enough to accommodate us and has newly renovated amenities. It is hard to believe this hotel is already very old with the new and modern amenities.
