The breakfast was amazing and so close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the rooftop terrace!!

This was one of the best hotels during our stay in Italy, Pisa region and neighborhood. We only stayed one night but wished to have had more. It's in a great location, very quiet street but only a few minutes from the historic center and the shops. Check in was smooth, and we could leave our luggages before the official check-in time and after the check-out to explore the city. The breakfast was nice, it had all we needed for a good start of the day.

Very quiet excellent location with a spacious room and large bathroom. The room was supplied with everything you could need. Large common terrace attached to the breakfast area has umbrellas and is shaded every evening. We spent every evening relaxing in the chairs or sofa sipping wine and watching the colors of the sky change as the sun set. I will definitely come back to this beautiful oasis.

The location was great, close to everything and either a 15 minute stroll from the station or a taxi ride. Irene was very friendly and helpful and the room with a small balcony was lovely. The online photos don't do it justice. Breakfast on the terrace was very nice.

We had the room on the top floor, just a few steps away from the rooftop terrace and adjacent to the kitchen. It was as if we had our own penthouse apartment.😂 The terrace was of course available to those staying on the floor below and it was where a really excellent breakfast was served. Not only did we enjoy our stay but the property was so well located to allow easy access to many of Lucca's attractions. Perfeto!

The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The ensuite was modern and clean. Irene couldn't have been more helpful when checking us in and providing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The b&b was well placed to explore Lucca and gave us a great base.

The girl doing breakfast was very slow and looked like she didn’t want to be there, we asked for 2 cappuccino but ended up doing to the lovely coffee shop on the corner

My pet hate is no lift. There was nothing hot offered for breakfast, and the appliance provided for toast making was inadequate. The shower was a rather small enclosure. The shops in the town closed early in the evening but what we saw in the windows they were certainly offering wonderful selections.

Great location. The room was very good. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower itself was very pleasant. Breakfast was nice. We really appreciated the small clothes dryer on the balcony.

Greeted with Irene - very kind lady who gave us lots of tips what to do and where to go in the town and other locations. The room was clean, cozy with a little balcony to the inner houses area. Very quiet place.

Lovely place to stay in the centre of Lucca, everyone working was very helpful and friendly. Room was big with good air con, breakfast was perfect, no complaints at all.

Everything. Spacious, unique, decorated with love and style this hotel make me feel like at home. Very clean and bright. The host Irene provide us exact instructions how to reach the parking, the hotel itself and for self check in. I really recommend this place in Lucca.

Nothing to complain!

The b&b is located within the walls of the old town and close to many shops and attractions. The owner is super kind and friendly, she welcomed us with a big smile and made sure we felt comfortable. Every day she prepares breakfast in the rooftop and makes sure that all the delicacies is at your disposal (great choice of food). Our room was pretty, spacious and perfectly clean.
