Cleanliness could be improved. There was a lot of dust. They should dust the room more often.

The Roof Top bar is excellent for both food, drink and atmosphere however it does not match the photos online. Perhaps these should be updated

The location of this hotel is perfect. The the main sights of Milan can be reached on foot. The staff are helpful and polite and the breakfast has a good variety and is generous. The Roof Top bar is delightful and a great place for a lunch or evening drink.

Minor thing - The shower/tub floor is higher than the floor of the bathroom so stepping in or out you need to be careful.

Great location, a short walk to the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala and the pedestrian zones around La Brera quartiere with all the trattorias and fabulous Pinoteca art museum. Hotel has a really nice rooftop bar/lounge. Room wasn't too large but ok, windows shut out street noise. Really good breakfast spread and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Sadly the gym was closed, without warning. The roof is beautiful but only open in the evenings, would have been good to have breakfast/coffee up there during the day.

Have stayed at lot of hotels and a good breakfast is important if have busy touring itinerary, the spread at Milana Scala was one of the best and topped with excellent service.

Bathroom door was a sliding door that didn’t properly close. The person in the room could hear all the biological activity in the bathroom/toilet.

Location is great. Staff is friendly. We had to reduce our stay for a day. Hotel kindly accepted to do it without penalty. Appreciate that.

Location is excellent - in the heart of Milan. A great place to stay if you are going to a show at la Scala theater and very close to the Duomo. Plenty of good food choices within walking distance. We spent 4 nights and did not need a car once.- Friendly accommodating staff. The room was appointed.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony area. The bathroom was large and really nicely done out. The bed was super comfortable. And the breakfasts were fantastic, made even better by having a harpist playing for us during our meal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was as good as possible. The hotel is close to everything; Milan Dome is a 7-minute walk. The hotel service is awesome. We loved the breakfast; they also have gluten-free options. We booked the hotel because of its proximity to Teatro a la Scala, where we visited the opera. We couldn´t do better!

The bathing area has glass screens, which might be good for the able-bodied. But a cotton screen would be better for wheelchair users like me.

There is a lady playing harp at breakfast time. Good selection of food. Nice coffee. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms.
