No where to go to other than bedroom when we returned in the evening. Would have liked a communal space to read a book, listen to music and have a drink.

Old building, no mosquito nets on the windows (you cannot open them), uncomfortable bed, small room and bathroom for the price, non-functional hair dryer

Some people might mind that the room is small, but it does not bother me. There is little natural light during the day, as the two little windows open to the opposite building wall, in a alleyway. But again, we spent virtually no time in the hotel during the day, we were too busy visiting Venice :) The TV was placed on the left of the bed, which is a first for me. Not a huge problem per se, just a bit strange.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The colour scheme was interesting, (turquoise and light green) but I loved it! It felt very Casanova-like! The bed was a bit hard but after a whole day of walking around Venice, you don't mind so much! The bathroom was very clean and convenient. The staff was helpful and polite and allowed us early access to our room without bother.

The hotel is very old, and the rooms are super small. The furniture is very old, broken, and scratched, and there's no air conditioning (it was super hot). I would not come back to this hotel.

It's about 1.7km from the Venice train station, but only 400m away from San Marco Square. The team is very welcoming.

The room was very small, but it is known that's what you get in Venice. The hair I found on the bed was a big turn off. The place has been refreshed with typical taste but of course it is not new. The bed had a thick memory foam which doesn't allow you to move much cause you sink in it but overall we slept good

The location is unbeatable, right between Rialto and Piazza san Marco. The room and the bathroom were very clean, the comforter had some long hair scattered all over though. The bathroom was decent size and shower too. Some basic beauty products were available. No noise from the streets.

Location is an a busy shopping area. In our room we could hear people in neighboring rooms. We could not have fresh air in the room without additional noise from the street and too much light.

I liked the property as it was in Venice. For the age of the building what more can you expect. I can say I’ve now stayed in Venice but can’t say I will return. Great priced local food but certainly an overcrowded place to be. Yes this also expected

The maintenance of the room was completely disappointing: chipped furniture, badly painted walls, and the shower did not work properly, little water strength and the handle of the shower was old and didn't support it properly.

The attention of the receptionists was very kindly, amazing!

room needs a lot of updating: lamp at wall- just bulb internet was so slow we didn’t use it in a small room 4 chairs but no mirror . Only mirror in bathroom above sink didn’t like duvet. I used bed sheet only toilet seat was not fixed 🤭 it was moving to one side when u using it to switch off bathroom lights was challenging- we could do that only removing electronic key from switch what means all phones not charging during night

There was a lot of noise and the wifi only really worked in the bathroom. It was great for only a couple of nights!! Enjoyed it.

It was a great / safe location and super easy to get to after water taxi! Staff were nice and easy to work with. Room felt clean and was a pretty good bed.
