Didn't like the fact that there was no mini bar or coffee and tea facilitiies in our room and the gallery on our floor was broken. Would also like to have room service and there was insufficient storage space. Also the shower water leaks into the adjacent room.

Lean luxury is a great description of the hotel - it is trendy and has a great vibe and the room is beautifully desgined and decoarated in a luxurious minimalist fashion.

The quality-to-price ratio in July 2025 was excellent, significantly higher than usual in Florence at this time of year. Centrally located, very clean, very kind staff. Breakfast was perfect for me (muesli, fruit, pastries).

There is nothing not to like about the hotel

A beautiful hotel, fantastic rooms with lovely extra touches, large comfy bed, luxury toiletries and towels, food was so fresh and tasty. Location perfect with a short stroll to the 'tourost centre' of Florence

On several occasions the Galley had run out of cups/sparkling water/milk, but we were able to get this from a Galley on a different floor so not too problematic.

The staff at Reception were particularly kind, friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable, clean, spacious for a city room, and well equipped. We enjoyed the touches such as the Marshall amp and Vespa mirrors. We ate in the Bar and really enjoyed both food and cocktails. The hotel is well located for a stroll to the Cathedral. There is a tram just outside to take you either to the edge of the Historic Centre or the Airport and main train station. Good cafes/restaurants very close and a safe area to walk at night. We really enjoyed being about to relax and read the wide range of books in the library area. Excellent décor.

The hotel was lovely and contemporary, very cool vibe between the amazing young staff and furnishings. The staff in particular were as friendly and helpful as anyone could hope for. The breakfast choices were numerous and fresh, coffee was excellent also. We had a loft room which was large and bright with a small terrace balcony and we really enjoyed it and got great sleeps. It was far enough away from the city centre to be quiet but close enough (20 minute walk) to be there in no time. There is a tram stop immediately opposite with direct link to the airport, main railway station etc. We would definitely go back.

The outdoor seating area was a bit underwhelming but we were also there on a weekday.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They assisted us in finding the best/safest parking, a great gluten free restaurant to try, and they checked us in earlier than anticipated. Our room had an incredible view (fourth floor with balcony) and it was super clean. The cappuccinos and breakfast were delicious. There were many comfortable places to hang out in the lobby.

The only downside is that the hotel is located a little bit outside of the historical center, so you have to walk 20-30 min to get there.

Nice boutique hotel with a funky vibe. The staff were all perfect, speaking really good English and being very helpful. We got upgraded to a loft that was amazing: spacious, nice decoration, terrace, ... This made our stay even better of course!

Room, facilities breakfasts was too much to choose from. The location was for us really good with tram and bus stops literally 1 minute walk. We found it so cheap and easy 5 minutes into the centre.

Greeted with friendliness as soon as we arrived. Staff attentive and friendly. Room was excellent, spotless and the bed was superb.. the staff made it for us.

Room was really lovely, but it was quite removed from the hotel - and no coffee in the room, and serve service coffee was instant. It’s very well connected to the tram - but about a 20 mins walk into town.

After staying 6 nights on a breakfast deal our flight home was cancelled so we had to book another night. When we went down for last day breakfast we had to pay for it. I would have thought as a courtesy the hotel should have covered the cost of the breakfast.

A modern new Hotel walking distance to all Attractions and Restaurants and still in a quiet area. If you don’t mind to walk 10-15 minutes or take the tram then this is the right option. The breakfast buffet is amazing and they have also a Bar which had very good drinks. The rooms are big and with a modern design with sound proofed windows. Staff amazing friendly and helpful with tips or any questions. Also good if you need to work the lobby has a lot of space.

Everything was perfect, kept spotlessly clean which is helped by it being fairly new. Great location just a short bus or tram ride or 15 min walk from the train station and city centre. Some good restaurants nearby as well as a fantastic pastry cafe Libertà on the same roundabout, best pastries we’ve ever eaten. The room was beautiful with a minimal feel and we also had a small balcony with lovely views out to the outskirts of town and surrounding countryside. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Vincent in particular was really helpful and friendly at every occasion. Highly recommended.
