Perfect place to stay in Alberobello!!! Magnificient rooms, each one with a different perfect decoration! Ours was Arabic with details from Jordan and Egypt. Our son’s was total white! Great breakfast and kind staff and the owner’s chats! He was so kind that gave us a present of a poetry book with poems written by his wife. Thanks for such a pleasant stay!!!!!!!

- we could hear everything from other rooms, even when the neighbours were blowing their noses - the bathroom doesn’t have a proper door, so it’s like the wc is in the bedroom which is weird..if you wake up before your partner does and you need to use the restroom, the noise will wake him/her up - the breakfast was mostly sweet which is typical for Italy, but there are people who can’t eat sweet in the morning (due to specific conditions) and it would be good to have more salty options besides the prosciutto crudo and one type of cheese - we found out only in our second day that we can actually ask for scrambled eggs, I would have preferred to know this in advance, I found out because I’ve seen scrambled eggs on other tables - the scrambled eggs were not completely cooked so they were very mushy, but I’ve asked for another portion (well done) and they helped us

- the welcoming was warm, the host was nice, she provided guidance on what we could visit - the location of the hotel is good, about 7-8 mins until the center - we could find parking in front of the hotel - the room was good, we had a balcony as well - we had water in the room - the chocolate croissants from breakfast were very good

A bit further from the main Trulli area but it's not that much big of a deal because it's still a walking distance. The minibar didn't work properly. It may cause a problem especially if you're traveling in the summer. The bathroom should be separated by a real wall, from base to the ceiling. It can be heard every time you flush the toilet from the rest of the room.

The room is big and has also a quite big balcony. Very clean and neat, but I found the decoration a little bit old fashioned. It was irrelevant to the Italian architecture. The stuff is very nice and helpful. We could do our checkin before the real the checkin time. The breakfast is fine.

hotel location is good, about 300m from the trulli museum. the hotel is recently renovated and nicely decorated. rooms are spacious, shower is comfortable, beddings are of good quality, and the breakfast is good. hotel staff is friendly and warm.

The front was a bit deceiving really, but once inside you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Hotel was actually a surprise for us because the front looks ordinary...but lots of parking in front of the hotel...great staff and an excellent breakfast too. Room was very nice and clean. I wish we had time to stay a little longer!

Only thing that would have made it better would have been a kettle, tea and coffee sachets in the room but was not end of world as could get things from bar to room.

The rooms were beautiful ! 2 of the rooms booked had a balcony, one had a sauna. All had a tv that could log into your own Netflix in which worked well for down time with the kids. Nice lounge area for drinks in evening that had games like Jenga and chess. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They brought a kettle to my room so I could do baby bottles. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Got complimentary drinks before leaving and my son was given a toy as a gift which was lovely. Def recommend to stay for families as were so welcoming.

The property is a very beautifully decorated one and is very comfortable for stay in this amazing town. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole hotel has a nice warmth about it. The location is also very good close to all the major attractions in the city.
