Rooms with old windows, the terrible noise from the street sounds well in the room (especially at night). Rooms with no door to the bathroom, kind of a curtain instead. Breakfast is poor, no vegetables at all, coffee made and served by the reception guy (we've been told, only one cup per person, no refill, amazing!!!). One kind of sliced hard cheese, yogurt and eggs, there was a kind of salami and sweets... This is a very small hotel, is part of the third floor only (10 rooms), so the options are limited accordingly

I wouldn’t quite call it a hotel. It’s a floor with around 10 rooms, and unfortunately, we ended up in the room right next to the reception. When we arrived, the bathroom sink had a water leak - when washing our hands, water spilled everywhere. This is hard to understand because it was clearly an existing issue, and they should have noticed it when cleaning the room. They did fix it quickly, to be fair, but it was still an unpleasant first impression. The worst part was definitely the noise. The windows are old wooden ones, and whether they’re open or closed makes absolutely no difference. There was a lot of noise, both day and night, making it difficult to get proper rest.

The bed is very comfortable, and the location is fantastic.

Nice little hotel, ideal for exploring Rome, close to tremini station for airport.. spotlessly clean, everything you need in room, we stayed in deluxe room, we had a little balcony and a bath in the room, staff lovely, breakfast in morning just basic but ideal to get you going for the day.

I don't want to disrespect what is done in Italy but the coffee in the morning was not good and when I asked for water for tea it was barely lukewarm.

1. Zero interior insulation: very uncomfortable and annoying to hear conversations and occupants of the neighbouring room relieving themselves... 2. Understaffed staff, who in fact are not responsible for this intolerable situation for the staff in the first place and for the customers as a result: just one (poor) person to do everything. Waiting time too long for hot food services. Hot drinks not available on a self-service basis: waiting time too long, which does not encourage guests to have a 2nd coffee!

Great location, I managed to walk everywhere from the hotel - even to Vatican city. Air con was amazing, very cool. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast included. Spacious rooms and modern bathroom.

I have no negative comments about our stay. I was unsure how our check in process would go since it was after hours but we had no issues with the directions that was provided. We had an issue with our room safe needing batteries and that was resolved immediately.

Exceptional location, close to Termini railway station and everything else (shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pharmacies etc). The neighborhood was safe, situated directly opposite the government’s Ministry of Interior building, known as Palazzo del Viminale. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also very good! The staff is very friendly and professional.

Happy with everything, even the antiquated lift.

Great location to see many of the attractions in Rome. Also close to Termini Roma (15 min walk with suitcases). Staff were welcoming and helpful with sightseeing suggestions. No one at Reception after 5pm but had a contact number if needed. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful after such hot weather outside. Breakfast was buffet style and had enough variety to suit most people. Coffee and tea made to order. Room was quiet.

It’s hard to think of anything that we didn’t like about our stay at the Viminale hotel but if I was to be really critical-the Italian television programs are just as bad as the ones at home so satellite tv would have been a welcome addition.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast plus the coffee of your choice was made fresh for you by the staff. The location of the hotel was excellent with plenty of cafes/restaurants and pubs nearby,also not too far from some of the main tourist attractions of Rome,and there’s also free wifi.
