Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaIt’s considerably a “huge” room size compare to what you can get usually in Tokyo. Comfortable for family of 3. There are three double beds , one large bathroom, luggage room, dining area, and wash machine available, locate close to the metro and skyliner to airport. Will definitely stay here again!!

IrelandI wish the beds were a bit wider, I shared my bed throughout the trip and had no issue but in this hotel the fit was a bit too small. However it was manageable.
Great location, close to the metro, restaurants, 7/11 and grocery stores. Staff was very considerate and helpful. I had many questions and they answered them all patiently. Also I was ill on the day of check out and they let me extend our time so I could rest a bit longer, and even checked in on me to make sure I was ok, so I was very greatful for that.

The hotel is a short distance walk to Ueno Station, very convenient. The room and 3 beds is just nice for my family. Some plannings are needed for the luggage placement and arrangement, coz none of the luggage can be left opened due to space constraint. The bathroom is great, my kids love it.
