It's occasionally noisy with police sirens outside, but not too bad from the 11th floor. When it rained, the noise on the windowsill was very loud. You can't opt out of room cleaning every 3 days.

Staff did everything they could to help, I can't recommend them enough. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata station which has direct trains to Haneda, Shinagawa (for the Yamanote line) and Yokohama, among others. It's also a 10 minute walk from JR Kamata station which is also an option, and there's restaurants and shops around JR Kamata station.

Very neat, clean with attention paid to every tiny detail, very smart and efficiently designed room and hotel to get the maximum out of limited space. Excellent bathroom. Very friendly staff, excellent location with two train stations in walking distance which connects downtown and everything else, multiple restaurants and supermarkets and a shopping mall. Haneda Airport only few minutes away by train. I cannot complain about anything.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean with a fantastic view of the Tokyo skyline. Lots of places to eat at in the neighbourhood.

The room I stayed two months ago (single room in both cases) was a little bit more spacious.

Great location if you fly from Haneda Airport. Easy access through the Keikyu Kamata Station and also to JR from the close Kamata Station. Hotel is pretty and clean.

The room is small. Only one ice machine on the first floor. Laundry room has only two Washing machines and you may need to line up.

The room is super clean. Staff are helpful. Location is excellent. Many restaurants nearby. There are supermarket and convenient stores. Train stations are accessible.

The room itself was very clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the room for two people because I wanted the bathtub, and it was worth it. But I stayed on my own. I had a lot of space for my two suitcases, my bagpack and myself. But it might be more problematic space-wise if you are not alone and have even more luggage. It is definitely not impossible to manage, but it might be a bit uncomfortable for some. The bathroom was really big and the glass window between the bath and the room was very entertaining. I never had anything like this, so I was very amazed. But that might just be me... Everything from soap over towels to razor and more was provided by the hotel. The location is perfect if you need to get to the airport, as you only walk like 9 minutes to the train (I managed that alone with my two fully packed suitcases and my bagpack). The path is easy and nice to walk, no problem to roll your suitcase around and the station has Konbinis close by, as well as a lot of restaurants. Going to other places like Shibuya might take a bit of time by train, but it is extremely convenient because you still only have to take the train, which doesn't take too much effort.
