Close to bus stop,and tube station, great bed, cleaned every day, Kamata is a great place to stay,and this hotel is great too, staff where so friendly, great facilities for storage of bags on last day before late flight home, staff couldn't be more helpful

Very comfortable rooms, with clean and modern facilities. The staff was exceptionally helpful: they even organized to send my luggage to my home in another prefecture on my behalf. Highly recommended!

Just 5 mins walk from Keikyu Kamata station and 10 mins walk from JR Kamata station. Also, it is approximately a 20 min train ride from Haneda International Airport. There are laundry facilities, a microwave oven and vending machine on the ground floor. Also, they provide new towels, coffee and tea sachets, and Japanese-style sleepwear every morning even if you opt out of room cleaning. The toilet and bathroom has a view of the outside which is quite refreshing considering how a lot of toilets in hotels are in enclosed spaces with no windows. Staff are friendly and will greet you every time you enter and exit the hotel. You can also leave your luggage with the hotel after check-out and pick it up just before your flight on the same day. The room is a little compact but didn’t feel claustrophobic and I was still able to open my 65cm x 45cm x 26cm suitcase without obstructing the walk way.

Having a more convenient space to put the luggage in the room. But I can't see how that is possible seeing that a good portion of space is used by the bathroom.

The room was comfortable and clean. Surprisingly, it didn't give me the APA hotel vibe when I stayed many years ago. It was pretty much a dark room then. But now, it is bright although there isn't a directly window to the outside from the room. That window is connected to the bathroom. The toilet was also automated (the toilet seat opening on its own) and that came as a surprise. The bathroom was also surprisingly spacious.

As in most hotels in Japan, the mattresses and pillows are very firm.

Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent location just a few minutes to the train station with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Many amenities included (such as slippers and pajamas). Excellent Japanese food for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the Japanese curry.

Not a complaint, but the one thing people need to be aware of: rooms are small. However, that should be understood when making the reservation because the room size is provided in the lodging description. (Three adults cannot each leave their suitcases open at the same time.) Other than that, no issues.

Staff was excellent. Very helpful, pleasant, accommodating, and communicated well in English (important since we know minimal Japanese). Newer hotel. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and on the firmer side. Good location only 5 mins from Keikyu Kamata train station and many local stores and restaurants within 1-2 mins walk. Only 20 mins by train to Haneda Airport - very easy access. Nice amenities. We’ve heard mixed reviews of the APA chain, but this one deserves high marks. Would stay here again if we need to stay close to the airport.

Was upgraded to a twin room for free. Room was great and enjoyed the free VOD. Staff were very helpful and assisted me by looking after my luggage after checking out.

Everything was fine.

The breakfast very nice, and the staff is also really helpful. I could ask for help from them when I couldn't change my sim card in my phone (because I didn't bring my sim eject-tool from my home country) despite this not being a hotel related issue. They were all really really nice.

Great location only a few minutes walk from two train stations and close to Haneda airport. The hotel took our luggage before check-in time, and the room was spotless with great bath. The breakfast was also delicious, which we could have stayed for an extra night!

The room was the most dirty hotel room I've ever been in. Dry pee on the toilet seat and spots and dust everywhere. The pillow looked dirty and smelled strongly of sigarets and male perfume. I got a new pillow and it smelled of wet dog, but at least that's better. The room also smelled mildly of sigars and chemicals (I booked a non-smoke room). The room was also the tiniest hotel room I've ever seen! A lot smaller than the APA hotell in Shinjuku I stayed at before this one. The staff asked if they should clean my room when I told them it was dirty, but I arrived late in the evening and said that I'd clean it myself (so I could go to bed faster).

The staff were kind, and the location was not too far from the train station. Because of tiny room the air condition gets the room colder fast.

Although the food was excellent, there could have been a broader variety of dishes or snacks offered for breakfast.

The breakfast was astonishing, they had a varied of dishes and each had a unique taste of Japans culture. The location was excellent as well since it was close to two metro stations within walking distance.
