Air conditioner broke down i believe, room became around 30C. Had to open the window and request a fan from the staff in order to stay cool (staff were extremely helpful when it came to this, thank you very much!)

Staff were extremely helpful, helped me order from Dominos as i wasnt able to speak Japanese well. Bed was quite big and comfortable for one person. Breakfast was quite good. Came with scrambled eggs, sausages, udon rice etc.

I think from the time that we checked in and out, the only things that troubled me was that the check in process was a bit more complicated than I had hoped. I did try to be as understanding when it came to language barrier and that the one helping us was new, but the attitude didn't seem all that good towards us. We were equally tired from all the traveling so I will admit I'm more sensitive to how reception acted towards us. But overall, the following days were okay. I did like the room even though it was a bit cramped, it was still nice and it was cleaned as scheduled. So we thank you.

Location and room was really nice. Very well located for my family and I so I do appreciate this. The facility was clean and accessibility was really nice. I did lose my gloves there though....

Good location. Within walking distance to some attractions such as Oasis 21, Nagoya TV tower. Nearest subway station to the hotel 1. Hisaya-odori Station (Exit 2) (Sakura-dori Line (Red colour line)) **the nearest, within 5 minutes of walking 2. Sakae Station (Meijo Line - Purple line) > near the hotel within 8 minutes of walking Vending machine in 1F, 2F, 7F &12F, you can buy alcohol and drinks Public bath is good

Breakfast was lacklustre, and the presence of right-wing revisionist propaganda in the hotel room was a bit uncalled for

Just that, the place for the microwave is on the ground floor or beside the entrance area. It's hard to go there especially if you are the type of person who would have a hard time being in a (a bit) crowded space or open space. Also, there's just one microwave available.

Staffs were accommodating. Easy to manage the amenities. Felt secured within my stay.

Very small room as typical in japanese hotels (though the bed was big).

Great and ideal location. Staff are super helpful. Good facilities at the hotel. Breakfast was good, although they mainly have salty food like sausages, eggs and similar, whereas I prefer to have something sweet for breakfast (they have a small selection of croissant and bread).

We would have liked to be able to turn the air conditioning on. We opened the window to cool the room down but doing this we could smell cigarette smoke and all the outside noise was very present in the room- even on the 12th floor.

We stayed for a long weekend and were happy with our hotel choice. It's was very close to the subway so extremely convenient for getting around quickly. Everyone on the staff from front desk to cleaning crew were cheerful and kind. My husband especially enjoyed breakfast, lots of regional options- I am a vegetarian and there was just enough meat-free options (rice, salad, breads, egg) to put together a little breakfast for me as well but I would have been happy with a few more options. The room was compact but very organized and comfortable. The onsen facilities were basic but nice.
